Just to clarify, I will be airing the original versions by the original artists of a few songs that Lana is not widely known to have covered. Tomorrow I'll post a teaser about one that was completely unknown. I wish I had audio of Lana's versions of one of these little known covers, but I do not. However, I will have other surprises for you...

Yes, I'll be discussing that and playing the interview where she said that. And I'll definitely be playing some Elvis. I'm 99% sure what one of the covers she wanted to use on BTD was, so I'll play that song. I don't talk about it on the podcast, but I'll probably speculate in the tinychat on what another one might have been.

Due to my paranoia about copyright infringement, I'm still debating whether to make a download available anywhere "offiicial", like on the podcast page. But if not, I'm sure it will at least circulate unofficially, as all things Lana-related seem to do.

 

However, Monicker's cover will be available for download on my Soundcloud account after the show.

No, I will not sound like that on the podcast. You will get to hear my real voice. I altered my voice on the teasers to be funny and to try to build a little suspense about getting to hear what I actually sound like. The bleeped parts in the teasers aren't foul language, but information I didn't want to reveal yet. Nothing will be bleeped on the podcast. You will hear me (and Lana) cuss a few times. And I say "vagina" a lot. (I blame that cunt Courtney Love.)
