Lana granted TRO against stalker who stole her car & left disturbing note [ARTICLE]

Lana Del Rey has been granted a TRO (temporary restraining order) against a stalker named Eric Everardo who visited her residence, stole her car, contacted her siblings, and left a disturbing note.

This is Lana’s second TRO she has been granted this year, having a previous one in January against a different stalker named Janeen Lee Stratton who also visited her residence multiple times.

 

Lana Del Rey claims she has a stalker on her hands, one that's very interested in her car as well -- this according to LDR herself, who just got court-ordered protection against this guy.

The singer was granted a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles County, where she claims she's been getting harassed by some guy named Eric Everardo -- who she says has visited her home on at least 2 occasions ... and allegedly jacked a vehicle there too.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Lana says Everardo first visited her residence without permission in February of this year ... when she claims he made off with one of her rides, a Jaguar, and was eventually criminally charged for that.

That wasn't the end of it though. Lana goes on to claim Everardo came back to her crib earlier this month and left a bag at her gate with a disturbing letter inside relaying his desire to see her again. LDR claims he also texted her sister a couple times between February and July, but it's unclear how he got her number.

In any case, Lana says she doesn't know this man and fears for her safety, and the safety of her family members. A judge signed off on the TRO and set a hearing on the matter for next month.

Everardo, in the meantime, has to stay at least 100 yards away from Lana and her sister and brother ... and can't make any attempt to contact them.

Del Rey's request for a restraining order was filed on July 14. In it, she requested protection for her sister, as well as her sister's fiancé and her brother. It is unclear if her brother had any contact with the alleged stalker.  The songstress made it clear in her application that she had 'no relationship whatsoever' with Everardo, whom she described as a 'stalker.'  She accused him of inflicting 'emotional distress' on her, and she noted that she did not know if he owned firearms. 

Included in Del Rey's request was a screenshot of a text message allegedly sent to her sister by Everardo. It appeared to include a picture of a Rubik's cube, though additional text in the image was cut off. The alleged stalker also appeared to have sent his location to her sister, which she passed on. 

The note allegedly left for Del Rey by Everardo was also included. It appeared to refer to her as 'Princess Charming,' along with her full legal name. A first page of paper included other difficult-to-decipher scrawls, though Everardo appeared to refer to himself as a 'King,' which was accompanied by a drawing of a crown and a heart. 'My f***ing apology letter...' he continued. 'Hi I'm Eric. I'm very f***ing MAD & I do not know how I am alive still but I'am [sic],' he wrote before adding a smiley face and more tiny hearts. 'I whole Heartedly apologize for my stupid and wrongful doing and behavior/Actoions [sic].' 

He didn't appear to specify which actions he was apologizing for. Another note, apparently dated July 7, said, "let's DO Music,' and the other side said, 'I DON'T know how to write a lettter/letter of apology but her is iz my [sic],' followed by what appeared to be his phone number.

Included in the documents were screenshots from Everardo's since-deleted Instagram account, on which had had apparently posted photos of Del Rey's stolen Jaguar to his Stories, while noting that the car belonged to her in his caption. 'Ready 4 sunshine or rainstorm,' he wrote, followed by a flurry of emojis. 

In documents apparently provided by Del Rey's security company, an investigator noted that the Toyota Camry that was filmed on her property belonged to Raul Everardo, the alleged stalker's father. Eric subsequently gave the investigator and phone call and shared his Instagram handle, though he noted that it had been deleted.

However, the investigator said he found the screenshots of Del Rey's car after they 'resurfaced.' 

The security investigator claimed to have seen Eric Everardo driving the stolen Jaguar near his home later in the document. After he left his home again that night in the stolen Jaguar, the investigator called the police, who arrested Everardo during a felony car stop at a McDonald's in Culver City. 

Also included in the documents was what appeared to be a student transcript for the accused stalker. 

Another page claimed that Everado had requested personal items left inside the Jaguar, including his 'personal keychain' and an AirPods charging case with his name written on it. One photo appeared to show the bag allegedly left by Everardo hanging from the intercom by he gate to the property, and it appeared to have been left with an array of toy fruit. 

In a declaration, Del Rey reiterated that Everardo 'scares' her, as he had found her residence despite her not declaring it. A timeline provided by Del Rey claimed that Everardo's first trespassing incident was on February 17, when he allegedly stole her Jaguar. He then allegedly sent a text message to her sister on February 25. On July 5, the document claims that he parked at a neighbor's house and asked them if Del Rey lived nearby, before dropping off the bag, which allegedly included the apology note, along with a copy of his student transcript.
