Strange Ultraviolence bonus tracks 7inch

I was recently browsing Discogs and I found this strange 7inch vinyl called Ultraviolence- the bonus tracks. The images show it includes is this happiness and Flipside. Does anyone know if this is official because Discogs has not marked this as an unofficial release

Date on the back says 2014. If it was pressed for RSD anniversary it would be 2023/2024 right?

she doesn't really do secret RSD releases. i think if she was going to, eclipse or someone would've told us before this week

I had just made myself a whole Ultraviolence outtakes album with a cover and now I'm tempted to change it to something using this photo

I know for a few other bands I follow, there are a lot of very nice looking bootleg 7" singles that come from Greece - apparently there are some enterprising people there who do better than the real labels as far as covers and nice song selection. I wonder if this single comes from the same people?
