Delay in “last reply” time

UPDATE

This is an intermittent issue, but does seem to happen often.
 

This isn’t a critical issue, but is it just me or is there like a 5-10 minute delay with the “time of last reply”  when looking at thread overviews? 
 

I’ll make a post, I’m brought back home and it will say there hasn’t been a recent reply. Or if there was a reply within the past five minutes, it usually wont be listed. 
 

I feel like this is a relatively new issue and maybe I just need to refresh the cache or something. 
 

Not a big deal, since the instant notifications are helpful.

I'm also experiencing delays with some of my notifications. In some threads I'm getting the notifications a few hours later, even if I had already read the posts before. I think this is the case since Lanaboards was down last time.
