I didn’t think I would be this sad but I’m having a hard time accepting tonight, idk it’s just she deserves recognition and I know the Grammys shouldn’t mean shit but it’s just…like imagine seeing all your friends win these awards and all these younger artists who directly cite you as an inspiration and you get nothing. It has to suck. And it’s not the fault of the people who won the awards, it’s the Recording Academy itself.
