Can’t believe i found out through lanaboards 

This made me so sad, she seemed so down to earth and them as a couple were truly amazing having done so much for humanitarian causes, Rest in peace

You can say a lot about the Carters good or bad but they were truly honest and abhorred corruption. The only post presidents not to cash in. Unfortunately America in 1980 was desperate to believe Ronald Reagans lies and myths and unwilling to face the mirror for the truths Jimmy was laying down. Truly a loss for the culture.
