I've created a list that takes into account both streaming numbers from Spotify and user ratings from albumoftheyear.org (the number of ratings also played a role). I tried to include as much of the best rated singles (with a rating of 80 or higher) as possible, also from the year end lists and the most streamed songs. Again I was very strict and excluded all songs marked as 'explicit' (A&W unfortunately too) and certain genres (such as hip-hop, rap and metal), also songs that I generally did't like (there were only a few).
