Luke Laird posted it! Not sure exactly when it was taken, but Lana was in Nashville hanging out Luke & Nikki in November so I would assume around then. I also assume that’s when Lana & Luke worked on “Henry, Come On”… I wonder if they got Dolly to hop on a project
