Just checked and there will be 2 channels per day on at least on Prime Video, I assume channel 1 will be for the main stage and the other acts on channel 2. 5 Quote Summer’s meant for lovin’ and leavin’

Let's hope we get Lana in one of them. I have the links for the two channels on Twitch. (idk if we are allowed to post links...) 1 Quote
sierramadre Posted April 22 Posted April 22 think she’ll do “Cowboy Songs” with George Birge since she used that on the instagram post? I know she used American Jesus and Peppers on IG before Hangout last year so that’s the only reason why im kinda thinking so. I wouldn’t mind cause it is lowkey a pretty great chorus and she’d sound good on it 4 Quote
misselectrarockwell Posted April 22 Posted April 22 I’m honestly so excited for Lana’s performance since it’s the first time we’ve seen her play in a hot minute, and so much has happened since her last show 10 Quote California dreamin’ got my money on my mind...

Maybe open with something new, and no West Coast or Doin Time. but I do expect to see all the classics (maybe with a new, country mix) and then Henry and Bluebird replacing The Grants and Tunnel, or one ocean song and Chemtrails granted I’m really hoping it’s a brand new set, but it’s better to have no expectations so there’s no disappointment No, I don't think she could perform her 'normal' setlist. Visitors expect country music at Stagecoach, so she has to offer something special. I'm not sure even “Henry” or ‘Bluebird’ sound “country enough” to be performed there. 4 Quote
blueskiesforever Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Stagecoach draws a more niche crowd than Coachella; sure there will be fans there, but part of the audience, it might their first exposure to Lana especially if they are hardcore country fans that rarely listen to anything else. I hope there is some variety in the setlist and as others have pointed out wonder how the dancers are going to fit in a “very special country set”. 9 Quote Summer’s meant for lovin’ and leavin’

Stagecoach is a major test for Lana and this new era in particular. She has to curate her setlist extremely well, because the country fans are very demanding and they will NOT be happy if she decides to perform stuff without an Americana/folk/country/blues flair at all. I'm expecting several covers and a few guests as well; I think she'll mostly perform post-LFL stuff, but a "country" take on a few popular Lana tracks will be quite interesting, too. 9 Quote

Coriander Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Had a showerthought of her intro at stagecoach: start off with a few sec of bluebird, butterfly/bird visuals etc... then piano comes in, lipsters straining their ears only to find out nfr is playing "goddamn manchild..." bluebird / henry comes in soon after (idk when) the fenway intro segment forms the first interlude of the event any new announcements etc.. 2 Quote carrackbend.wordpress.com
shadesofblue Posted April 23 Posted April 23 I wonder what the merch is. The Coachella merch last year was available a few weeks before the festival. If it’s not available yet, I’d imagine it’s festival exclusive, but if it’s on the website, then idk why it’s not released yet. Maybe they’re waiting for Friday? 5 Quote ♡︎ 𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑜 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒷𝓁𝓊𝑒 ♡︎

longtimeman Posted April 23 Posted April 23 1:10 pm Saturday afternoon, Australian Eastern Standard Time. A nice lead in to my usual weekly listening to the Alt-Country radio show here. Now I just have to convince my wife to spend a Saturday afternoon watching Lana! 3 Quote
