Lana Albums as Themed Dinner Parties

[The Missing Shade of Blue]

I fell down a rabbit hole last night thinking about what I'd serve if I threw dinner parties that were the theme of Lana albums. Like, my Born to Die dishes would be:

 

Drink – Wining & Dining: A decadent pour of chilled champagne infused with vanilla and topped with a maraschino cherry

Starter – Queen of Saigon: Delicate rice paper spring rolls filled with herbs and vegetables served with a bright lime dipping sauce

Entrée – Lying in the Ocean: Crisp-skinned sea bass brushed with a subtle harissa and rose glaze 

Side – Million Dollar Man: Pomme purée with cream and while truffle oil dusted with edible gold flakes 

Dessert – Red Dress: An indulgent red velvet ice cream Coke float

 

Honeymoon would have a tangerine tequila sunrise as a drink, and honeydew sorbet for dessert.

 

What foods would you make for these themed parties?
