Yes, 2019 in Abu Dhabi! It was after her NFR tour so the setlist was similar, but a bit shorter:

Watch this be her only show this year, definitely don’t see it as part of a world tour. Maybe this means stove is coming early fall. Or Ben and Ed pitched it to her desperate for anything and she said shit why not, prob a ton of money and cool experience to bring the fam along to, this will count as one of the few “big things” in 2026.

YOU CANNOT BELIEVE I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED FOR THIS ONE!!!

 

I have ALWAYS wanted Lana to sing at Grand Prix and I have always wanted more Lana performances in Asia and seeing these two combined is making me even more excited and giddy because this is something she has been always suited to. Let me tell you why...

 

I always associate Grand Prix with Off To The Races and Lana's THEE iconic racing jacket! We know she still has it because Chuck wore that same jacket at Super Bowl 2024. It feels the embodiment of earlier Lana eras, this rushing adrenaline and the excitement. It really feels like a callback to her earlier eras which makes me so nostalgic! I know she performed there in Abu Dhabi as well and I loved that show, mainly because of the dress, which I loved, she looked so beautiful!

 

And Asia...when I was 13 and dreaming about travelling to these very modern and sharp looking cities located somewhere exotic like Singapore, I always associated that with Lana, the rich new opulence - huge towers, modern architecture, sparkling cities, rich businessmen and the home for many luxury pleasures like fashion, beauty...and the exotic nature of Singapore is pretty much the universe I have sometimes Born To Die and Paradise imagined as. It's not something we should glamourize in reality but it's more like a concept of escapism you had when you'd fantasize about what if you were rich and famous...

 

I don't even care about the setlist at this point because it's not some album promotional exclusive show, it's purely for the Grand Prix event, as tiring as the wait for the album can be. Wild thing is that I cannot image if the album is out by then or not. I'd be pleased if it's out by then but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not.

mid say this a Ben/ed passion project - see LFC and TAP Sport have their sights on the F1 drivers. The real question is will Kim be there? And will they take a selfie? Is the Taylor Swift feud about to happen?

The fact that she also had US and Montreal shows this year but scrapped it, makes me think that mb she did it because the album was delayed till late September/October. 

 

But she kept this Singapore show, because she can perform brand new songs after the album release.

 

She probably has more dates this year or in 2027, because it would be weird to travel (and probably create new stage, setlist) for this one show.
