drownsoda Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 They're on sale on Stubhub right now! You don't have to wait for the Ticketmaster presale!!! Just thought I'd let everybody know! Are these legit? Stubhub is a resale site, so who already has these and is selling them? There are GA Lawn tickets for my show (GA lawn is literally the furthest away from the stage) on there for over $1,000, while some of the 100-level section tickets are $300. Doesn't seem right at all. 0 Quote
maggieolivia Posted December 4, 2014 Author Posted December 4, 2014 I mean, I'm pretty sure they're legit. Stubhub is a legit site my friends/family have used before. I got a confirmation email and everything. And Stubhub has a policy where I get my ticket or they give me my money back so I'm not too worried. 0 Quote

Like I said, independent sellers on Stubhub want $1,000 for lawn tickets at my venue, which are as far away from the stage as you can possibly get. That is absolutely insane. Other thing is, Stubhub will have tickets available long after the shows sell out, so it'll always be there if you need to find a ticket in the next six months— sure, you'll be paying a lot, but people will still be selling them on there until the show date. The actual Ticketmaster & Live Nation sales are only going to last so long before they sell out. I'd rather try to get my tickets in the official presale. Stubhub to me is something that you should resort to using if the venue's box office is sold out and you have no other options. 2 Quote
buster Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Are they selling tickets? Yes. Do they have the ickets? No. They do this for every show for every artist. Hey anticipate the tickets they will receive and start "selling" tickets early to confuse people. Notice that you will not see row or seat numbers for any of them. Only sections. When they get the real tickets, the information changes with that info. Stubhub should always be our last resort. 0 Quote
Bae Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Yeah people who post on stubhub don't have tickets yet. They're just waiting for people who think they can get them early to buy then. The day the concert was announced some local ticket resell place already had so many. Don't buy from stub hub, ect. until the show is sold out I mean, I'm pretty sure they're legit. I think it's a bad idea. If you plan on buying from stubhub wait until the summer. That's when the prices are at its lowest 0 Quote
VelvetNight Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I GOT MY VIP SILVER TICKET!!!!!! (on ticketmaster for Toronto show, we are the first time zone to have tickets released) CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY FOR ME!!!!! There is no code needed if you buy VIP tickets. I tried the Facebook presale code when I got desperate, but it told me that the code was wrong. Then I went back to trying to get VIP which doesn't need a code. GOODLUCK EVERYONE!!!!!! I AM FLOATING!!! 0 Quote Bury me to Bel Air.

VelvetNight Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 $250 Canadian for the silver package. I didn't look at other packages. 0 Quote Bury me to Bel Air.
Honeymooner Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I got my Silver VIPs, yay!!! $250 US as well. When you enter the Facebook presale code, though, that's just for regular tickets, not VIP, so that didn't do any good anyway. I just chose the Silver VIP and off I went! I couldn't buy 3 at once, though; I had to buy 1, then go back and buy another, and then my 3rd. 0 Quote

I already got my tickets and got pretty damn good seats (100 level, row V), but it sounds like only one of the VIP packages lets you into the pit(??) so what do the others entail? Early entry? It just seems ridiculously expensive if that's all you're getting out of it. I saw her this past May for $50 at a GA show and was front row. I wouldn't pay $300 for that, especially because there's no guarantee you're going to get to meet her just because you're down there. 0 Quote

Merch, early entry, and on site vip host but i dont know what that is. The 300$ package doesn't include the pitt, it's front row seats. 0 Quote
