The film is very strange, has the contrast of conservative and religious vs rebellious and wild, has the vintage look of the country vs the modern city of Vegas with its night life, has druggies and guys with long hair, beautiful cinematography, wide open roads, surrealism, sexuality, even heart-shaped sunglasses, and the main character will probably remind you a bit of Lizzie Grant visually and just in her weird ways.
