Raye is an 18 year old R&B singer, her new ep "Second" is amazing, I love her voice. Her 2014 ep "Welcome to the Winter" is worth a listen as well. If you like Dua Lipa I would definitely recommend checking this girl out.

I’m pretty sure Borderline leaked to. Very surprising she barely has any leaks for the amount of music she has made.
