what i see happening is that this new account will be used to promote the album during the era and then when it's done it'll turn into the new random things account, kind of like what happened to @honeymoon before it became her main account it's verified so people know it IS actually lana but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't remove the verification & go private when the era is over

they could always just unverify the account after the era is over i mean @honeymoon WAS public during honeymoon era and then it was privated

i think that a. the account holder needs to show a valid ID b. instagram needs to verify that the person on the ID is a public figure but i don't think it costs any money
