i know i'm so late to the party (even my mom was like: 'you still haven't seen STRANGER THINGS'?) but i was sick few days ago and stayed at home and watched the whole season on netflix actually i thought it would be better, like muuuch better, since everybody was talking about it. after two episodes i turned off tv. but i gave it another chance and after three episodes i couldn't stop watching (thank god it has only 8 episodes) i love aesthetics - 80s, music, clothes, colours... everything! i also love some characters - Barb (so sad she was in like 2 episodes), Jonathan, Dustin and Lucas what i don't like is - idk i feel like the show would be better if there would be ONLY secret lab mystery or ONLY horror monster, i think both is quite too much and how could Nancy choose Steve?! Jonathan is waaay better - not only he looks better but also he's not a total duche... i also don't like Eleven

is Lorde even still alive? i am sad actually because i like her music and aesthetics... maybe she decided to focus on school more?? idk

wow... idk what to say... such a long filmography! congratulations! i am aspiring to be a filmmaker (or a photographer) in the future as well and i must admit i admire you... i am planning to watch at least one of your movies soon!

am I the only one who doesn't know how to feel about GHOST (ROOM 93 VERSION) video? I kinda like it and get it but idk I don't think Halsey should romanticize suicide attempts... like... hey, u have an argument with your boyfriend? why don't you try to kill yourself and he will come back right in time to save your life?? i know she's not the first one to come up with this stupid story but why would she make a video out of it? as i said i like the video and kinda get what she wanted to say especially with those lyrics in GHOST but... i think a lot of young girls can take her too seriously...

idk i always listen to john lennon's war is over (if you want it) what a man lennon was - he made songs to cry over world's condition and even made one special christmas song about that to cry about world's condition at christmas time only but my xmas fave is all i want for christmas is you but it's already on the list, i'm surprised it is not first tho

I feel like this song is kinda Lizzy cheering up herself. Lizzy before she became Lana. Lizzy dreaming of being Lana and something went wrong at that time. Powerful message actually - to never stop believing in yourself. And even if you fail - if your dreams don't come true - peace in life is all you need to be happy

Am I the only one who thinks that Money Power Glory is a "Million Dollar Man" of Ultraviolence? Everytime this song starts I feel like she's going to sing MDM + lyrics sound like both songs are about the same man...

I think I can relate to Lana in 99% since day 1... :defeated: - her nostalgia - her sadness - her tendency to toxic relationships - her loneliness - her imagination - her aesthetics - her idols - her love for older men and bad boys - her madness sometimes (like in body electric or the whole tropico concept based on imaginary relationships with dead celebrities lol)

Pacify Her gave me much more than I expected from this song - first of all I always thought that Melanie was singing about the boy who likes her more than his girlfriend - video showed us that she was convincing herslef and trying to convince him because it wasn't true. I think that's kinda important. Also two good lessons - 1) violence doesn't always give you what you want 2) it takes a pair of tits to win a boy over Meanwhile, "Mrs. Potato Head" was everything the song was about or even... less... I like the video but I expected much more, something really deep and moving, not something everyone expected anyway idk

oh, okay! i had no idea that music can influence so much... i mean i listen to music to get happier and even the saddest songs make me happy when i'm sad (because i feel like i'm not the only one)... maybe you should stop listening to lana for a bit if that makes you sad? or is it this kind of love when you know it's doing you wrong but you just can't stop?
