I 100% agree, Fingertips, Candy Necklace Kintsugi and Taco truck would be doing ~100k extra streams per day if they were 4 minutes or shorter and that’s why I think A&W (7 minute song) is a bigger hit than doin time (4 minute song)

Nfr pure sales: 66k pure sales and 38k from streaming equivalent units 

Ocean Boulevard: 85k pure sales and 35k from streaming 

I was expecting more streaming equivalent units but the pure sales numbers are amazing

18.3 million debut (18.8 if we count partial day streams) without heavy playlisting is crazy tbh 

I’m afraid they might be predicting a bit too high, but 80k+ is locked at this point 

Well, at least A&W, paris Texas, candy necklace and Peppers will have consistent streaming numbers I think

A&W and The Grants are now available in Dolby Atmos (Apple music) 

Ok the global listening party was a great marketing move in my opinion, now we just need a mv and good playslisting on spotify!

Luke Combs is releasing on the 24th as well, I don’t think he’ll sell more albums than lana but he’s for sure getting more streams 

And I agree that Pink Floyd is not selling more copies than Lana 

The 100k debut in the USA is not impossible but it’s hard to know rn, we’ll have to wait for first day streams/sales 

Who cares about a “review” that was clearly written by a hater. 

Anyway, here’s my sales/streams prediction: 

#4 on billboard 200 (top 3 still possible)

#2 in the uk (#1 still possible I think)

10-15 million streams first day 

65 million first week streams 

65-75k first week sales in the USA 

18-23k first week sales in the uk

150k first week sales ww

There’s no way UMG/Interscope/Polydor lifted the review embargo too early if the reviews are gonna be bad, her 100s are coming 

This album is easily a 9/10

Tbh the grants is a waaaay better choice for a promo single compared to Arcadia, blue banisters, wildflower wildfire, hiadt…, let me love you like a woman

The grants is the next single? Finally Arcadia will outstream something

She’s adding it to the digital version of the album for some quick extra streams her chart obsessed era is here 

I just don’t see her/her team wanting to release another song from the first half of the album as a single so I’m guessing peppers or fishtail

Now that YouTube streams count for the billboard 200 I think we might be getting a mv during album release week
