What do we think the secret tracks from cc/b2b will be? Remixes of them or tracks that didn’t make the album? Maybe boiler room edits?

i'm hoping for the Boiler Room version of Club Classics - or maybe another remix thing just like the Addison x AG one

Thinking back to "So I" I think she kind of missed some opportunities there. Everything is referencing "It's Okay To Cry", which to say it bluntly is kind of the obvious choice and not very representative of SOPHIE's work, it's a pop song with an outro that screams SOPHIE, not a quintessential SOPHIE song. Not to say she shouldn't have used it but what about making a reference to "JUST LIKE WE NEVER SAID GOODBYE", "Paradise", "Immaterial" or even the bridge in "Faceshopping"? Those would all work and show a deeper connection, similarly sampling the production of a different song could have added another layer.

I'm not calling the song bad or cheap, I just feel like it could have been a better tribute, still I'm glad we're getting it.

i love the fact that you established rules on how Charli should express herself about the death of her friend

  3. well, if she's gonna release two songs at the same time, i'm really hoping for a preorder of the album
i don't think she's gonna release the tracklist but the release date would be great

  4. I'm Brazilian and Charli will make one PARTYGIRL here :crai:
She found a way to come to us without being through a festival or private event - and the place where it will happen is a very special and dear nightclub, who always had DJs playing Charli. In general, it's very meaningful to see this happening <3

I almost passed out while making the purchase, the event sold out in minutes

Y'all did too much on In The City! it's a cute little moment you play at the pregame when your girls are finally done getting ready and you take a shot before figuring out who's ordering the uber to the club :oprah3: I feel like it was overshadowed by what we'd heard/known about the album at that moment in time and it sounded like a Crash b-side more than a big rave kinda moment

In The City for me is the perfect bridge from CRASH to brat
it has the club sound she's going for right now but is super pop just like CRASH songs

kinda wished we had a solo version, tho
i like Sam but i don't think that their voice fits so well with the production

anime eyes is so random but after cherry blossom I guess she's just a Japan girlie? like does she spend a lot of time there or something

she's a huge fan of Miyazaki and goes to Japan very often too (i suspected it right after she released Space Cowboy, i mean, lol)
there's a really cute interview where she talks about her relationship with Studio Ghibli movies, Miyazaki and Japan itself

  7. i only heard the album last night and i found it deeply sincere and comfort listening
we all know that Kacey can do more strong records if she wants to, but that's the point: she wants to make something chill and soft
unfortunately, there's some songs that feels so short :( but i'm gonna get used to it

it's not strong on first listening like GH and SC, but it's def gonna be a grower
she's just a really sweet and very talented artist

  8. Hiiii
i am finally trying to get into the unreleased stuff of hers, so... do someone have a link to a masterpost or whatever?
it's more easy tracking Charli's unreleased than hers tbh lol

also, Just a waste is her only song unavailable anywhere where i live, do anyone have a link in the best quality for that?

  9. Dua and Charli are literally friends lol
Dua was talking about Charli and Tove Lo in recent interviews for Training Season, speaking about how they're both really close to her

  10. i'm really hoping that the mistery around the secret track from VD USB turns out to be Springs Breakers or some extended mix to VD

  11. Von Dutch is a really cute fun bop, can't wait to hear it in actual GOOD quality and play it on my sets
with that being said... yeah, it's underwelming to not have at least a second verse like Good Ones has (being two leads that she teased for so long)

waiting for the AG x Addison remix hoping for more verses <3

  12. ok, so who's gonna drop/recreate the Vroom Vroom x Satisfaction mashup she made on Boiler Room?
i kinda need it with the ''I WANNA DANCE WITH CHARLI'S ANGELS'' intro

  13. kinda late to the top 3 party but...

True Romance > Nuclear Seasons / Grins / Lock You Up
SUCKER > Sucker / Breaking Up / Need Ur Luv
XCX World > No Angel / Come to My Party / I Wanna Be With U
    Number 1 Angel > Lipgloss / ILY2 / Drugs
    Pop 2 > Track 10 / Delicious / Unlock It
    Charli > Gone / Official / Click
    how i'm feeling now > forever / party4u / visions
CRASH > Constant Repeat / Lightning / Baby

and the thing that makes me happy is that i've heard in the club or seen live all of my choices, i feel blessed

  14. IF I CALL U UP
AFTER 3 AM WITH LIQUOR IN MY BLOOD

    THE ENDING HITS SO HARD
I CAN'T BELIEVE CHARLI NEVER FINISHED IT THE DEMO IS ALREADY AMAZING

I need to listen to more Mariah's tracks. This one is a bop wow

Mariah is truly a genius alive and some people don't even recognize it
most of her records are AMAZING and deserves the listen, it's a really perfect blend into R&B and Pop music in the most soft, smooth and gracious way

  16. we can totally hear the Janet vibe inside the record (in Crash and New Shapes the most), but yes, i do think that Charli and the producers ended up giving retouchs to the album during the pandemic, since everything was stagned with the album, so we can hear a lot of other references, like Madonna, Cher, Mariah, Donna Summer and even Robyn and Gwen Stefani

  17. some unpopular opinions about Charli's career:

    - SUCKER is actually a very bright, solid and fun album, the polished production overral is what elevates him and he has a really good tracklist
    - as much as i love pop punk, almost none of the pop punk demos of SUCKER sounds good comparing to the final mixes
    - So Over You demo is better than the final one, and Sucker demo is ultrainferior to the released one
    - the only reason why some people love to hate Boys, 1999, Blame It On Your Love, Boom Clap, Out of My Head, Gone and Beg For You is because they're Charli's pop bangers, if they were released by some other artist y'all would be worshiping them
    - if SuperLove was a smash hit, a lot of you would hate her just like you do with the other pop bangers in her catalog

  18. i like Sweat and i think would be cute to have her in the studio version, but i don't miss her at all on CRASH
sometimes y'all like to beg for anything that Charli creates and forget how her vision on her projects is very solid, even the self titled that is kinda messy had his own logical sense. Sweat don't even fit in CRASH - let someone leak it or PANDORA herself release it sometime since it's an advertising song after all

  19. you guys act like Ava Max wouldn't be a good addiction to some tracks we already have on the album
yes i'm manifesting Used to Know Me (feat Ava Max) on CRASH - The Next Mile Remixes charli.gif
