He does not have the spark I am looking for in music. His showing impressive though, and he’s putting a lot of energy and passion in it.
Thanks so much for your reply. You were, obviously, completely right! The height of the stage was more of an issue from the front, especially with the cameras obstructing the view at times. Still, amazing show - not complaining!

I stood at the back of the area, the musicians are so far away, they look like puppets. So, watched everything on the screens basically. At least I now know what to expect tomorrow.
Did you get any sense of how big the barrier is? Just wondering, as some have said it's so high that you basically can't see the stage. Thanks - and hope you enjoyed Bruce!

Ah, that's interesting - and great to know! Thank you so much.

if you are golden circle, there is absolutely no point coming before 11/12 because you will be turned away and there is no point due to golden circle having amazing views and a massive barricade anyway
it is different to a normal lana show, you will be fine
Hi, please can you elaborate on the barricade situation? Like, how massive is it? Is there a huge gap between the barricade and the stage? Would you imagine that she'll still come down to the front? Sorry for all the questions!

Just checked this. The person who bought the ticket can transfer it directly to you - see you at the gate!

Received an email today from the UK store saying the signed art card has been dispatched. Hope everyone gets what they ordered this time. It has to happen sometime, right?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. The good news is that they haven’t just cancelled our orders, which suggests there are indeed more coming. It’s also comforting from an authenticity perspective - or so I’m telling myself! - cos it makes sense that she’d have to sign more and there would then be a delay while they’re shipped to the UK etc. Hang in there!

Status keeps changing from sold out to pre-order so might need to hit refresh a few times!
Thank you so much! I also managed to order the CD bundle. Further proof that hitting refresh until your thumb hurts really can pay off

Clean, kind and organised seems about right - not only for this thread, but for the show itself. For the first time in my experience, the queue numbers were scrupulously observed. This was made possible by some very neat organisation by the people at the front, who went down the line and got everybody in the right order. We were then escorted in, calmly and quietly, in pairs. I’ve never known the queue for a Lana gig go off so smoothly - congratulations Madrilenos!!!
-
@electra, thanks again - Lana really should employ you as an expert show guide! Yes, they did give us a map so I guess that’s one less problem.
@Readyforthegates, many thanks also for that really useful information. I can see how the whole numbering thing could go wrong! Were you right at the end of the right-hand side, or just between the centre and the end? I have sometimes found it better to be further over to one side, because she doesn’t always go straight for the centre.
-
@electra, sorry, one thing I forgot to ask - do they just form one queue initially, regardless of what type of ticket you have? Or do they have separate lines for GA and early entry? Thanks again for all your help!

Thanks so much, @electra, that's really helpful. Did you have an early entry ticket for both shows? When you mention the "pool", are you talking about Palacio Vistalegre? Have you been there? Thanks again!
-
Thanks Amadeus, appreciate the advice.
Any thoughts from anyone else who had early entry tickets for Milan or Rome please?
-
Hey, I'm going to the Madrid show on Friday and have an early entry ticket (not VIP). If anyone had the same type of ticket for the Italy gigs, and made the front row, what time did you arrive please? Did everything go as planned in terms of there being dedicated staff to look after you and make sure you got in ahead of fans without early entry? Were there English-speaking staff on hand?
Registration begins at 4pm in Madrid, I think, but I'm trying to decide how early to get there - earlier than 4pm, obviously, but presumably it's not necessary to queue from the early hours like you would normally?!? I've seen Lana live quite a few times now, but never with an early entry ticket ... so even though I appreciate a lot of it is down to pot luck on the day, I'd be really grateful for any advice anyone can give. Thank you!

She sang Yayo and Music To Watch Boys To, neither of which were in the Brixton set
And thanks, Toshi - I decided to stay put in the end!
-
9pm apparently. That's what the venue's marketing people told me. Then again, they also said she'd be on until 10.30pm - yeah, right!!!
-
Kinda happy there is no support act, they're usually boring unless you know them.Sitting in Block 1 guys!
I'm right behind you! Let me know if there are any spaces down there!!!

Thank you! Yeah, height of the stage was probably more of an issue from the front rows. But what a night!
