  1. Gosh, I think you're being a little bit harsh -- just because someone sits down for a slow, obscure, semi-released cover song it makes them a "bandwagon fan"?

Show respect to the artist playing if you know the song or not, plain and simple. it wasn't just one person it was an entire section in the 201 area and im sure in other area's of the concert venue. I have no problem speaking up about things in front of peoples faces :byeh8rs2:

  2. I was in the 201 section, which is pretty close considering how many seats were behind me... and I could barely see Lana all night long. There were so many grown men? Not singing along or anything but with their arms straight up recording on phones. And the amount of fake fans around just STANDING THERE AND TALKING? And yeah sitting down during Chelsea, my favourite ruined by drunk girls screaming. Lana sounded amazing though, I loved the set and the band was great. I really just am disappointed, not her fault obviously. I barely think concerts are worth it unless you're GA

I was in the 201 section as well, there was one girl who had a fucking ipad out the entire time I made sure she heard me when I said "Im going to grab that ipad and throw it"

  3. Hi Toronto fans going! Please report back to this thread on all concert details and your experiences tonights show! :D

    enjoy..

Before getting to my seat a lot of girls were being kicked out of the venue for being drunk and one girl got dragged out by police

When Lana played CH a lot of bandwagon fans sat down (I actually recorded them via snapchat calling them bandwagon fans for sitting down :lel:)

She talked about Honeymoon briefly saying it's coming in September and only played Serial Killer (In terms of unreleased songs)

Would anybody be able to grab me a gold Lana lighter and/or ANY tour shirt in a size medium?

I'll pay you shipping and whatever you want extra! PM me pleaseeee

If I saw this earlier I would have, I believe I commented on your post about this :(

  4. I think it changes night to night -- not including, of course, the usual delays that happen at any concert and make things unpredictable.

well they'd have to get her stuff on stage, off stage for lana and build up hype for sure but I was looking for a general time.

  5. @@Honeymooner the venue in Toronto is very tricky since it's on a small island, finding parking anywhere close by is near impossible since its so close to the highway so the only designated parking would be the venues parking but by the end of the night it will be jammed back getting out, anyone parking at the venue..Good luck :agree:

This is going to be my first time seeing Lana so I was just wondering what time should I get there?

If you have GA/VIP tickets I would of showed up early but if it's Lawn or Seated tickets and aren't interested in seeing the opening act I'd show up around 8 (it also depends on your travel time, if your driving or taking the subway)

This isn't hate at all but anyone who hasn't heard of Courtney Love nor seen her live be prepared :awk:

^ This is exactly it. I've seen Courtney twice and she's phenomenal, but she comes from a whole different world than Lana, and I don't know if a lot of the people at these shows will be accustomed to it. She's got a lot of punk ethos buried under a glamorous streak— a totally different style than Lana. The pairing of them for a tour is interesting though. That video is from like four or five years ago and she's honestly not that bad live. She's rough, but she's a punker, and she sounded 10x better than that video the both times I saw her.

My brother and his girlfriend are coming to the show with me (we all bought our tickets together this morning) and he was saying to me that it looks like there's a "Dark Queen and Light Queen" sort of dynamic going on between them, which I can see. Lana carries herself much differently than C. Love. Courtney screams, hollers, and rambles in-between songs. I'm curious to see how the Lana crowd responds to her.

Don't get me wrong Courtney has a few good songs and Brody Dale from The Distillers reminds me of her (I used to listen to Punk as a kid lol)

A lot of people who won't even know who Courtney Love is will certainly be perplexed and like bandwagon fans, They will question why she's on stage in the first place. Either way I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't give her the time and day as well if she shows up intoxicated to her shows (I'm not an advid fan of Courtney Love but hasn't she been know to show up intoxicated?)

  7. When Lana was in Toronto, My friend and I were chatting with the band members briefly and had asked when they would come back around which is sometime fall-ish (October - November) :tea: makes sense if the Album came out and a UV tour would likely happen.

    #Confirmed :hawt:
