  1. Ok, no f'ing bundles for the US ??? I did the math. That's a $36 difference in price for the same items. WTF? Am I missing something??
  2. So let me get this correct... you ordered the LFL vinyl from Walmart and it came with an UO hype sticker? Very interesting What color is the exclusive UO vinyl then? The same coke bottle clear it was previously?
  3. Does the song have a name? I'd search the forum for the track name to see if it was previously leaked or discussed.
  4. No, I preordered all of them. I didn't buy any once the album was released. Nor did I listen to any leaks. So it wasn't until the album was released that I actually heard it. I gave it a few weeks of continuous listens, but my opinion didn't change. Some good tracks, but overall somewhat lacking for replay value in the end. I have a full collection of Lana and I have worked hard at obtaining all her releases in every variation and I will continue to do so. Otherwise, all the work and money I've put towards it means nil. It was just my opinion at the moment, that's all. Hopefully, Lana pulls through with something to excite me at some point. But her silence is deafening and anticlimactic.
  5. Honestly, I'd be ok if Lana decided to sit on BB release at this point. COCC, though a good album lyrically, didn't really wow me tbh. Coming off of NFR and a year of COVID, I was wanting something more bombastic and COCC wasn't it. After hearing the new singles, I was very underwhelmed and feel like BB is just an extension of COCC. That coupled with the fact that I bought more copies of COCC than any other Lana release in history and it's now officially my least listened to album from Lana. I can't handle another lackluster release with 20 different variations this year ??‍♂️
  6. I was thinking of doing the same thing. I'm just not sure if I should ? I thought a re-release of LFL on vinyl was strange as well
  7. I was just coming here to drop this info lol https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lana-Del-Rey-Lust-For-Life-Limited-Edition/561608927 It stays "color vinyl" which I assume is coke bottle clear ??‍♂️
  8. I'm not sure if it's the piano in general, but I am bored with Lana as of late. That might just boil down to me moving in a different direction personally; away from the direction Lana is going ??‍♂️ I need something more, something fuller and I'm just not hearing it in COCC or the last 3 tracks released from BB. NFR was glorious to me, but the last few releases have been dragging a bit. A few exceptions here and there on COCC, but overall just lackluster. All of this is my opinion of course and I am hopeful for the future
  9. Very well said, thank you ? I am hoping the same
  10. Thank you both for your insight on my post. I'm totally aware that Lana is an evolving woman and her interests ebbs and flows as she grows. Through the years, I too, have evolved and my interests change; I believe we all experience that as we get older. Maybe it's just as simple as my evolution is taking me in a different direction than Lana's, and for the first time in a decade that change is becoming obvious. Don't get me wrong, Lana is still the artist I gravitate to, but something about her recently has been off-putting to me and I feel it in her music the most. She's getting very introverted and that's great for her personally, but I'm just somewhere else nowadays I guess. I did and I felt they were lyrically deep, but sonically shallow ??‍♂️
  11. Just to be fully honest about how I feel on these 3 new tracks... lyrically deep, but sonically shallow. Not sure why I'm not feeling them Maybe coming off of a stripped back COCC and her tirade about wanting to get even; I was expecting something more bombastic from this album. Obviously, these are just 3 tracks from a longer LP, but so far they just seem to be more of the same. Also, Lana being so silent puzzles me. Mike Dean was the hype behind yesterday's drop, Lana made no peep about them, which I find odd. Hopefully, there will be something down the line that will energize me, but suddenly I'm not as excited for this release as I was before. If she releases 10+ different variations of this album, I will be hard pressed to try to collect them all and I've NEVER felt that way with a Lana release before. I was so excited to hear these tracks yesterday, but for some reason I actually felt let down. Am I missing something Lana peeps? What's wrong with me?
  12. SHE DID IT !!!! and on my B'day no less ?? Just need that preorder to drop and Lana will have officially delivered the best B'day gift(s) EVER !!!
  13. Just dropping in to say that today is my B'day ? and I'm really hoping Lana comes through with the best B'day present ever. New songs and an album preorder ??????
  14. Del Ray ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️ Seriously, someone should be fired
  15. This is one of the things I wish Lana would have kept with. Had Lana used one the the other group shots taken for COCC that had a horse in it (such as the Spotify pic disc); then Lana having some kind of transportation on every album cover would still be a thing. COCC kinda broke with that tradition ? I guess having at least one variation with some form of transportation on it still counts actually. Even if it's not the official cover.
  16. I will add that some of the most prolific artists of previous decades have released albums almost on a yearly basis. That's not something that happens anymore, but back in the 60s and 70s, albums were coming out a lot more often than every few years. The music industry changed over the years and publishers started to milk single album releases much more which pushed full releases further apart. Look at releases from Fleetwood Mac, Cher and Linda Ronstadt in the 70s; full albums came out every single year. Even Madonna's first 2 albums came out a year apart, but then you start to see the change as her releases started to spread themselves further apart. My whole point is, Lana releasing albums as often as she has recently is a nice harkening back to album releases of yesteryear and I'm all here for it !! We're getting fed ??
  17. I'd be happy with songs akin to Thunder, Wild on You, Living Legend, Children of the Bad Revolution, Wild One. COTBR has always been a personal fave. I wish Lana had more rockish tracks like that one. I highly doubt any of these unreleased will ever be officially released. I'm glad we have them as leaks. They are such gems
  18. After seeing and hearing the IG clip I can say that Blue Banisters sounds like the name of a country album. Not necessarily the "revenge" feel I was expecting given her tirade a few weeks ago when she dropped RCS tile on us. BB sounds beautiful and atmospheric, but I'd be lying if I said I was expecting something more impactful ??‍♂️ I get that there is still a whole album to hear after this title track and I will lap up anything Lana. She's my fave ? Also, COCC was the shortest era yet for Lana, correct?
  19. Thank you for updating us on the difference between the two pressings. I will have to check my Amazon copy to see if it has the 'Made in Canada' sticker on it. I want both variations now !! I also want the two different transparent variations too, but I'm not sure how to tell them apart (packaging wise) Edit: which one do you consider the beige one? Left or right in the picture
  20. The shocking thing here is that you actually have a tape deck to play it on ? I haven't had one of those in 20yrs
  21. Good question, should I be clicking an ad every so often or something? I'm still willing to help out monthly to disable the ads regardless, but until then, I can throw some clicks your way ?
