    To echo a lot of people here, she’s gonna be dragged either way so she might as well speak up lmfao. It isn’t the easy thing to do but it’s the right thing... even Anthony fucking Fantano donated 3000 USD to the freedom fund, I’m sure Lana could at least say SOMETHING...

    ... girl what does race have to do with any of this. Her point was that all women should be able to make music about whatever they want without being scrutinized for it. Imagine if she only mentioned white women with #1s. that probably would’ve upset you too smh. She mentioned black women because those black women are TOP stars. Shouldnt you be happy about that?? Shes mentioning successful women. Its NOT a race thing. Smh smh smh

     

    I'm just saying she could've made the same point without name dropping these stars... I agree that the past criticisms of Lana were extremely unfair and misogynistic, but making this post right after Doja, Nicki, Beyonce and Megan made billboard history and saying "can I please go back to..." just makes it like she's trying to steal their shine LMFAO. It just don't sit right with my spirit, but I forgot how far up Lanas ass some of her stans are so imma just eat my food chile

    omg i hate to be THAT bitch but.... im not really feeling the way she went about this? like I get what she's trying to say but she could've made the same point without dragging Doja, Nicki, Beyoncé, etc. into the mix. imo it kind of looks bad when she's pointing to all the successes of these black women and making it about her??? especially after dating a goddamn cop this is bad optics tbh...not to mention we cannot take on the hive and the barbs ctfu 

     

    at least a new album is confirmed tho :toofloppy:

    I finally got around to watching it. We curled up in our jammies with hot chocolate for it. I loved it. It was kitschy and retro and felt just like the old Christmas specials. I loved seeing Lana, as well as Zooey, but the whole thing was just so much fun. I would’ve preferred it to be a bit longer and maybe a Willie Nelson cameo, but other than that, it was perfect. It really got me in the Christmas mood. Anyone who liked it should check out the Judy Garland Christmas show, it’s even better.

     

     

    omg if they performed 'A Willie Nice Christmas'... that would've been so cute

    She's living in her own fantasy world that is clogged up with the lies she tells in interviews. How the fuck are you going to go on a new tour that has the title of your new album and you only play 4 songs from the new album and the rest from old albums. How? 

     

    Then when fans speak up on twitter on instagram she ignores them, or as some of her tour musicians do - block them. 

     

    She needs to sing The Greatest, Fuck It I Love You (which she made music videos for) California, Happiness and drop BTD tracks already. 

     

    BTW she's been late to every single one of her shows, including the one tonight where she's a half an hour late. 

     

     

    as she said it herself in 'The Greatest' -- she seriously needs a wakeup call  :toofunny:
