    The mansfield show anyone? heard there were major sound issues again for the first part of the show.. like first 4 songs or something..

    people saying they couldnt hear her singing and stuff was screwed up.. whats with all the sound issues? maybe a new set of engineers needed..

    I was at the Mansfield show! Of course, I loved it, but the sound was definitely off. As someone who's an audio engineer it was aggravating :rip:

    The sound wasn't like crazily unbearable or non-understandable but it was all EXTREMELY loud and sounded very overdriven + muddled (at times). The instruments were so loud that at times Lana's voice just got washed out pretty much. The backing vocals were a lil too loud too I'd say.

    Apparently, Patrick Hoelck shot the Endless Summer tour photos. He listened to some demos for Honeymoon. Apparently, they're close. He said there's some 80's influence songs but she isn't sure if she wants to go to that direction.

    IDK how to feel about this as this doesn't tell us that much, however I looked at the guy's work, and he has a really cool style that would work very well with Lana, in my opinion.

    The only 80's music I've ever really heard was Mirage & Tango In The Night by Fleetwood Mac  :creep: Maybe ha Seven Wonders is coming  :flutter:

    This was kind of a weird song to release as a single too?
    I mean with songs like MPG, Brooklyn Baby and even Sad Girl (Although I don't like that track, I don't think it'd be the worst single choice) on the album, you think they'd go with something like that.

    Or hell, they could've waited a while more to release the 2nd single so that Lana could come up with a good video idea

    I think Ultraviolence is superior to Born To Die tbh.....

    Born To Die is great, don't get me wrong, but I just enjoy the more rawness of UV. Like BTD was all so perfect and almost vacuum packed, where as the production on UV feels kind of loose (if that makes sense) but in a good way

    Plus BTD has like 4-5 songs I dont like

    Daamn...he is in the music business, he could know that "the Adele producer" is called Rick Rubin :toofunny:

    But Adele has also worked with Paul Epworth, who produced Black Beauty. Maybe that's who they were talking about?

     

    But wow, that's a lot of drama :toofunny: It's great that it got put out without being changed though! I hope this whole album makes some of Interscope really realize there's no point trying to change Lana's music.

    Guys I'm finishing the font, that's the reason why i haven't sent it to any of you (don't think that it's because i don't want to), I'm adding greek, russian and latin glyphs so I'll send to you all the new font as soon as it's finished, sorry  :ohno:  i'll upload it later in the week  :) .

    Tbh I think this part could fit AMAZINGLY at the end of the song. Whenever I listen to Cruel World I always her singing "Ohhh... let the light in...its a cruel cruel world" when shes just going like "OhHHHhHHHhHH" at the end of the song. If you sing it just right it fits nicely in my eyes

     

    But ya, I don't understand why she keeps performing it?? You're probably right, it was probably the original version... It's just annoying because it SOUNDS so amazing and beautiful, yet it bears like no similarities to the version we've got now.

    She has a nice voice, but I don't know if her voice like fits the song? What I mean by this is that like Lana's voice seems to flow along and kind of blends together at parts, where as the way Maryanne sings it, you can really differentiate the words. It's nice though.

    btw acording to this guy who leaked the snippets there's a hidden/secret bonus track called "Jewels n' Drugs"... but as per usual, trust no one
