  1. Imagine if Lana stayed with the vibe of Buddy's Rendevouz and landed a jazzy masterpiece like this
  2. It would not make sense if she counted AKA. It's been out for like two months and she never re-released it. Only her fans know about it and it's only obtainable illegally. Also, that was prior to the whole Lana Del Rey act she started with BtD. (Don't get me wrong, I love AKA, but I really don't see a value in constantly bringing it up as part of her official discography)
  3. Lana does not count AKA. BtD is her debut as Lana Del Rey. I love AKA to shreds but you guys need to let it go. She does count Paradise and Violet though. She mentioned it multiple times already ... 01 BtD 02 Paradise 03 Ultraviolence 04 Honeymoon 05 L4L 06 NFR 07 Violet 08 Chemtrails 09 Blue Banisters
  4. I hope that YTH will end up on LDR9, just to see you guys throw the same old "but I want NEEEEW SOOOOANGS! EVERYTHING OLDER THAN 2 WEEKS IS A LAZY RECYCLE!!!!1!1!1!11" tantrums. It's a gorgeous track that should be released
  5. Uff .. just listened to this the first time and it's such a "meh" track. It sounds like any other Taylor track and lana does some backing vox you could easily mis. The most entertaining thing is the comment section to the official lyric video (which looks like one of those cringy sharepics moms put into their whatsapp status). All the mental gymnastics Taylor/ Lana fans are doing in order to make this track something it obviously isn't. It's a commercial product like any other Taylor track and it was a nice marketing thing to include Lana here. Get the coins, but ... yeah, that's it.
  6. Currently vibing to the new Warhaus album and I really hear Lana in some of those tracks. Pulling something like this would work so well with her formula and style - the strings, the beats, the "vintage"-vibes ...
  7. This really has become on of my favs from her. Maybe not as much as HM/UV but still at the same level as NFR. After the half-baked and bleak COCC, this really gave me faith in her as an artist again. Such a "full" album next to the uninspired and unfinished feeling Chemtrails.
  8. Ew those look so cheap and they charge this ridiculous amount of money for it. All of the designs seem like something created on one of those those "print-your-own-shirt"-websites and I don't think there was nore than twenty minutes of effort put into them. Really sad that her merch always turns out as a cashgrab.
  9. God now she's playing the victim again. Maybe if she would have a finished album Capitol would let her release Descending, can't blame them for not wanting another DF/ DL situation
  10. I mean - you actively decide to harm yourself and people around you. People taking issue with this (plus the smell, the pollution, ...) is not making you a marginalized minority. Saying this as a former casual snoker - that is such a bad take.
  11. I doubt Lana had a problem with this. She appeared as a backround vocalist on so many songs - Lover's Fate, Woman, Living With Myself, that terrible Blue Madonna track - the only reason they keep listing her as a "feature" is because they want the attention that comes with her name
  12. I honestly doubt that his comments have that much depth
  13. Doomed, more like Disappointed ... I loved her more vintage-y and atmospheric songs (Mystery, Love is in the Air, Lady Bird, ...) This album feels very overproduced and forgetable.
  14. The album gets better and better with time. Still, I wish she would have left Thunder untouched. Not only did she take out so much of the tracks initial energy, the mixing of her vocals (especially during the post-bridge climax) is so much worse
  15. Lol wtf are you all reading into this pic? Nothing about it indicates anything but her having a father/daughter day with Rob. Y'all are really desperate rn
  16. Not literally cause obviously Lana lyrics are either very overdramatic or very specific. Nevertheless, her music has been the soudtrack to my life for quite some time now and so there are some songs that are deeply connected to certain memories. Burning Desire - Back in the Paradise era, my fanboyism was the strongest. I barely listened to anything else but Lana. BD became the theme song to my first big crush (on a straight dude, sigh). I also got my driver licence back then and drove around a lot, listening to that song while being heartbroken. So yeah, as cringeworthy as it feels saying it now, this one is the track that has the most literal connevtion to my life. Fuck It I Love You - Summer 2019 was pretty nice, the first summer in a new city for me (I had moved there for university). I went to a big festival and did some great short trips with my newly found friends and also had some big projects for degree. However, there was one week during summer break where I was more or less "alone", as none of my friends were in town. Weather had been very autumn-y the weeks before, but the summer came back again and all examns, papers and projects for that semester were done. s So I spent most of that week going swimming, reading books in the sun and enjoiying life, which felt as good as never before back then. That period coincidently also was the week were the FIILY/TG double single was released. Especially FIILY became the anthem of this time, so I still link it to the feeling of summer-happiness. Thunder - Last autumn, me and my boyfriend experimented with the concept of a more or less "open" relationship for the first time. It turned out to be a pretty awkward episode and we did not come back to it ever since, however, there was that one guy whom I "dated" for a short time. However, that dude was also a bit undecided, making me feel even weirder about the whole situation. So Thunder with it's lyrics about Lana being annoyed by her noncommitting lover definitely hit a nerve. On one hand, I was excited about seeing "someone new" again, on the other hand it drove me crazy that I felt like putting my relationship at test for a person who was heavily flirting with me in one moment and then did not reply to text messages for days.
  17. You are definity at the roght place here in the Sky Ferrari thread. Writing self-flattering essays instead of admitting you were wrong is very in character.
  18. Interview number 230989768 about how great she is, how it's everyone's but her fault that she aint releasing sh*t and how Masochism is coming sooooooooooon. She has to be manufactured, otherwise she would never get an interview with Nancy Fuckin Sinatra.
  19. She will cover "My Autumns Done Come" so ee can have the same overdramatic discussion about whether she'll retire after this album as in every era.
  20. Listening to Solar Power, I kind of doubt he's not involved in CoCCs dull sound
  21. BTD: 1 P:1 UV: 2 HM: 2 LFL: 1 NFR: 2 COCC: 0 BB: 1
  22. Yes it HAS to be the sound designer. I heard he's the nephew of the Capitol CEO who keeps her from releasing all those things she's definitely produced in the past years out of sheer pettiness. Everyone is out to ruin Sky's career, poor poor gurl :[
