    I didn't like If You Lie Down With Me at the first listening except for the beautiful outro.

    The chorus reminded me a lot of sweet Lizzy.

    Now I realized I actually didn't like it because I'm trying to forget about someone I fell for and the song hits right THERE.

    AND NOW I CAN'T LISTEN TO THE F*CKING SONG WITHOUT CRYING. LIKE HOW SAD AND SWEET IS THE STUPID SONG.

    Thanks Lana. I'm purging really hard with this album.

    Exactly. This is why I thought she talked that much about fame and the "simple life" in these last albums. She found out she did want that normal life. But she can't stop being who she is - an artist. So it's admirable she didn't gave up her desire. Imagine if she would stop singing just for a man. I mean it's her choice. But it would produce a mass suicide

    OMG TRUEEEE :defeated: the piano in that is something I've never heard before. It feels like it's falling apart but somehow finds its way back to come alive with the melody. I fucking love iiiiiiitt :excited: at the beginning it sounds like a child playing it

    Hey guys I just thought, what was again the reason she and the cop broke up? Was it because of fame? Because I've got this feeling she started talking about the burden of fame since COCC, and extended it to BB, things like "the simple life I chose this", deleting the media, "dark but just a game", etc.

     

    I mean I always took it as something she would say to the critics but maybe she started rethinking fame since all of that happen with Sean. I mean, if the reason they broke up was fame.
