So universal got back to me about the Picture Disk and they offered me a refund because it's not in stock anymore. On LDR Village it says they have them in stock but after all this I'm kind of scared to order another one. The German store on the other hand, they gave me a tracking number and thankfully it has JUST arrived in my country. Hopefully the picture disk I ordered still turns up but who knows.

Just heard back from Lana's universal store customer service support saying that I should have received my order by now and recommended I call my local postal sorting office, which I did, and they have no information about my package whatsoever. Anyways, they said if they don't have any information about the order/package I should email them back asking to re-send me the PD if they still have it in stock (I think they do, it's the Neil PD) so hopefully I can get another one sent out to me. If not, they would give me store credit (no refunds) just a credit voucher. Still haven't heard back from the German store about my COCC CD + signed art card which is the one I am most concerned about and I ordered that one back in February. PSA: Don't be stupid like me (I didn't pick the tracked delivery option) so I am always going to pick tracked shipping from now on.

Ahh not really sure what to do because of what you experienced and what @Dominikx4 said, I'll probably just contact anyway but I really hope they didn't do that to my order, id be super upset. I'm really sorry that happened to you

I think she's just singing about her experiences last year. I'm not hung up about the lyrics at all, I think people just want something to be upset about with whatever she does at this point unfortunately. If the song was made by anyone else I doubt people would be pissed off with the BLM lyrics, or at-least not as pissed off. Personally, I'm just going to enjoy the music. I really love Text Book.

The way that I'm still waiting for the COCC PD and the signed art card + CD from the German store I should probably hit them up and ask where it is since I ordered the signed art card + CD in February and the PD in March so that's like 3-2 months of waiting Should I be concerned with how long this has taken since I do happen to live in New Zealand? PSA: I did order the standard record with the signed litho from her AU store which came pretty fast
