So back in the day when iTunes used to do a “free single of the week” (maybe they still do that idk) I used to check that every week for fun just as a way to hear new stuff.  They had Born To Die one week.  This was November or December 2011 right before the album dropped.  I was intrigued by how odd and low her voice was and I loved the strings.  Been in love ever since

I still hate yes, and? but the rest of the songs are good.  I love bye.  Wish the album was a bit longer but oh well.  I didn’t think I would like it at all so it definitely exceeded my expectations

Did anyone else notice that one of the synths (idk if that’s even the right word) in Hardware Software sounds a lot like the one from Showdown by Britney?  That made me fall in love with it

The way Tortured Poets Dept won’t be as good as this record.  The way Act II won’t be as good as this record.  The way Lasso won’t be as good as this record.  The way this album will straight up refuse to be topped this year (unlike me)

Baby One More Time like 20+ years ago  I feel old

What pisses me off is that I bought both of the limited edition CDs and got charged shipping for both of them.  There’s literally no valid reason for them to be shipped separately

Okay I’ve been a Lasso apologist and a country music defender this whole entire time but if this is going to be a BRO COUNTRY Luke Bryan ass album  I will never forgive her

I’ve been hoping Lana would do a country album for like ten years now but why does it have to be Jack  I was thrilled when I thought Luke Laird was producing.  Oh well.  Hope the single drops soonish
