fellow europeans i need to know: are you guys staying up late for this, waking up early for it or neither? personally i think i'll skip it altogether & hopefully wake up normally to some nice surprises (iconique red carpet photos & interviews including new infos about the album/a tour) but godspeed if you’re dedicated enough to do an all-nighter

i did it for fun i did it for free us other-tracks-on-NFR-are-way-better-than-Venice-Bitch girlies

IMO: 1. Bartender, The Greatest, California, Hope, The Next Best American Record & title track are all waaaay better NFR tracks than Venice Bitch only singling out Venice Bitch bc it's held up as some gold standard of Lana musique for some reason but it's not even the best on it's own album 2. Blue Banisters has her best standard cover art to date ... i <3 it 3. A&w is maybe top 40 Lana OAT at best, idk, i tried to like it more but it's just not my kinda jazz i guess. it'll probably be near the bottom of my ldr9 ranking, unless somehow i like other songs even less (i doubt it bc i love title track& descriptions we've gotten of certain tracks esp Fingertips&Kintsugi) in which case i'll barely listen to it 4. her best officially released collab to date is Tomorrow Never Came 5. her best officially released cover to date is Buddy's Rendezvous

1. Chemtrails 2. Banisters (subjectively i prefer this one to cotcc but objectively cotcc still works better as a whole imo) 3. Honeymoon/Nfr 4. UV 5. Btd/Paradise 6. Lfl 4-6 i barely listen to tho *anymore* either way (maybe 2/3 tracks off each regularly) so they could be =

what did Pitchfork rate your top 5 albums?
one time beauty queen replied to one time beauty queen's topic in Music
I just noticed that for some artists, they pack all the reviews into the same page.. idk how to explain but they did this for Joni anyway https://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/17269-the-studio-albums-1968-1979/ can completely fly over your head at first glace bc it kinda looks like a compilation album at first -
Title i just saw this on twitter n thought it would be fun to do here too #imbored !they don't have every album i noticed during my own search so you might not be able to get your exact top 5 but you can do other albums you rly like! (not in order btw) Blue Banisters - 7.7//Songs of Leonard Cohen - 9.6//Jane Birkin et Serge Gainsbourg - 8.8//Blood On The Tracks - 10//Blue - 10
