you know what? Fuck the grammys. Lana is a one-of-a-kind artist, one of the world's greatest songwriters in her prime, a trendsetter, an icon, and a visionary. She has created a rich, intertextual, cinematic, full musical world with all of her albums, and she deserves to be credited for influencing music and culture in such a significant, profound way.

DYKTTATUOB, an intertextual meditation on death, family, memory, grief, legacy, and trauma, is clearly too complex and intellectual for the grammy voters to understand.

But Lana doesn't need validation from the Grammys. She's in a league of her own. She's one of the best living songwriters, period, and one day she will get her flowers. Until then, her impact on the music industry will only increase.

GoldDerby is predicting that she'll win Best Alt Performance

Also I think she has Alt Performance in the bag. It's the only song nominated for Alt Performance AND SOTY, and all its high year end listings indicates it has some passionate support

Plus I think that making of A&W video on Mix With The Masters could help her odds 

Honestly can we talk about how DYKTTATUOB is one of her most conceptual albums ever? Not only does it mirror going through a tunnel, the format/structure of the album mirrors the format/structure of its centerpiece, the epic A&W.

I think she's taking Alt Performance. Only song in Alt Performance also nominated for SOTY, and Pitchfork, The Guardian, and NME ranked it #1 out of 2023 songs, so there's industry support. 
 

Her vocals were literally insane. Also she smiled so much 💙

I haven’t listened yet… buthow does this album compare to say, Blue Banisters? I hope it’s better than that one…at least, sonically. And also does it top UV and Honeymoon as her best? I love NFR too. I just want to know how it ranks to all of those.
