You may not know this but Boz is a local. He prolly is an ecstasy gay who loves dance music and upbeat stuff. I mean he stans Dua so, I’m not gonna comment further. It’s not a bad thing but what I’m trying to say is I’d take his opinions on Lana’s music with a grain of salt. He even said he hasn’t been that much into Lana recently but still called Tunnel top 3 in her discog. I appreciate the insider info but I’ll wait until I hear it for myself. Which is something he also suggested for us to do.

I personally care about reviews a lot more than charts. (Not that I don’t refresh itunes every 3 hours) I religiously read every review, watch every reaction video possible. That’s how I celebrate the album release and of course, I take the release day off work. It’s self care!

Idk why they all be sayen Lana doesn’t care about having a number 1 album. She said in her recent interviews that she actually does. Also, she literally changed the release date for Tunnel. Does she care about sales and money? Prolly not. But she def cares about recognition or we wouldn’t have gotten QFTC.

I mean everyone knows Ultraviolence is a great album. A career highlight. So I can’t argue w that. My post was more of a Jack defending post. So I said what I said but we love Dan in this household bestie!

This and she actually does it well! I will say, I would like to see some sort of change though. She can keep the piano. I think that’s beautiful but I hope she experiments so it stays good and fresh. I’m keeping my eyes on the sky and feet on the ground for this record.

I hope all the Jack slander happening is coming from poppers sniffing, cocaine snorting BTD bitches because Lana will never make anything like that again. So, not relevant. Jack is OBJECTIVELY the best thing to have happened to her (other than Rick Nowels of course cuz he gave us Honeymoon) Also, I think BB was supposed to feel chaotic and messy. That was the whole point. Black Bathing Suit a career highlight. Ikdr.

Idk why but I wanna listen to A&W when the album drops but if it’s THAT bitch then it makes sense for her to use it as the single before the album drops

Okay, I can see that. About her song playing in your head- That’s how I got into Lana back in 2012. I remember hearing Video Games on VH1 for the first time and it felt so weird and fascinating at the same time and I remember a couple of days later the melody haunted me and then BAM I got into BTD and then UV came out in 2014 and omg I was 15 and felt like the baddest sad bitch listening to it. For me her melodies are what truly sets her music apart.

The way I skipped through the pages of that dud of an article to find out something I didn’t know….. What a fucking mess!
