She's keeping quiet about everything because she is going to release everything as a visual album. 

I hope that the reason why we haven't heard much about her new album is because it's a visual one, like Beyonce's previous release. It would be awesome because she will have shot all the videos the way she envisioned them originally. 

It would be so wonderful if Neil art directed this era's artwork, especially because of the surreal tone of his own work.
