  1. Yeah, super disappointed when this turned out not to be on the actual track - like others have said, I was expecting it right at the end when everything slows down, would have been a perfect fit.

Hopefully a demo appears that includes this, as I was so excited to hear it in studio form.

  2. I'm going on holiday to Paris from the 18th-21st and only just found out she's there when I am. Literally feel like crying as I wont be able to got the free concert, my flight back is at 9pm on the 21st. The Le Grand Journal attendance is full too.

Praying for a miracle that I bump into her in the Louvre or something. :icant:

  3. I've just posted this on my tumblr, I'm finding it hard to say it in the right way, so I'm just going to copy it from there:

So it’s been a few days since the news of Cory Monteith’s death - and I’m still feeling really unnerved and saddened by it all. I’m quite heartbroken, and I still can’t get my head around what has happened.

I’ve been a huge fan of Glee from the beginning - And while I may have shown some distaste to elements of the shows third and fourth season - I’ve always supported and championed the show and its cast. I always will. As silly as it seems, they feel like an extended family to me. The show first came about when I was going through some really hard changes in my life, and it  really helped me. People can pass off the show as crap that’s “ruined music", but anyone who  watched and enjoyed the show knows that it is so much more than that. I have such a strong connection to it.

I have to say, I’ve always been smitten with Cory since seeing him in the pilot. He reminds me - both physically and personality wise - as someone who is very dear to my heart, so I have always had a connection to him. I, like many, always admired his humanitarianism away from the show - and he seemed like a genuinely nice person. He may have had personal troubles, but he sort help - something which should always be recognized.

Cory and his character Finn has always been the heart of the show. Finn was Glee. And while I think it’s distasteful to discuss the shows future at this time - I can’t see how the show is going to recover from this. The idea of the show continuing feels wrong to me.

Like I said, I’m taking all this quite hard still. I’m trying to keep quiet about the situation in my everyday life - people wont understand. But I’m sure many of us here are feeling the exact same way as me. I can’t even look or listen to anything related to Glee right now. Glee was the only TV show to make me cry - and that was down to its good heart. I think now, for awhile, I’ll be crying for a different reason.

    RIP Cory.

    :'(

  4. My small collection consists of:

Born To Die - Deluxe digipak

Born To Die Deluxe 2 LP

    Paradise Edition Deluxe boxset

    Paradise LP

    Paradise Tour programme

    Signed Great Gatsby book

Poster (Lana winking behind US flag black and white)

T-Shirt (B+W full body shot of Terry Richardson shoot)

  5. So many, but here are a few of my highlights...

Oh Say Can You See - "The voice of Nirvana says, Come as you are" she sounds like an angel, but it annoys me the way she says "and I will" right after!

Never Let Me Go - The intro, especially the really faint humming in the background.

Brite Lites - the whole "The film is fading, look at me" part

Cola - The high note  :yesnod:

    Gangsta Boy -  Boopboopwhoopdeeydoo, Ow!

National Anthem - I can't get over how she sang the last line of the final chorus when I saw her on Friday, she was just so close and it was magical!  :defeated:

  6. I think the whole "celebrity perfume" thing is extremely over done. Like, just because you're a celebrity it doesn't mean you have to have a perfume with your name on it.

That being said, if she made a cologne called 'Daddy," I would buy that shit.

    This!

  7. Carmen and This Is What Makes Us Girls are my least favourites from Born To Die. Gods and Monsters is my least favourite from Paradise.

Saying that, I don't dislike them, I just think they aren't as amazing as the rest.

  8. Glad I'm not the only one with exams, mine is on the morning of the 2nd show I'm going too, before the 1st. I cried when I heard what day the exam was going to be on, couldn't have been worse.

I am honestly considering talking to my lecturer to see if I can do it another day, make something awful up, like I have an operation on that day or something! Lana > career haha
