So I was watching the 1996 Romeo + Juliet and came across a scene where Lord Capulet claims "We were all born to die!" Is it possible that Lana derived 'BTD' from this? *It's not really a question, just a theory...I'm not sure how many people say this phrase in everyday life so don't kill me if I'm wrong*

The nose is spot on but the rest is just awful. Sorry Promise! I love her celeb tutorials but she looks nothing like Lana.

Everyone's going to hate me for this, but I'm not ashamed to say this. I think a lot of the unreleased material is thrown away for a reason. I love tracks like "Go Go Dancer" and "Dynamite" but they have about as much potential as Britney's "The Original Doll" album. There are others, which I will name, that I feel are trash: Boarding School Break My Fall Hit and Run Making Out Pin Up Galore Us Against the World Don't get me wrong, I love her upbeat songs but her sadcore like Born to Die is what I love most about her. I feel like no one agrees with me on this one lol

Go Go Dancer makes me dance like I'm crazy. Brite Lites is more sensual and slow. Someone who is obviously experienced with dancing (aka stripping) would do a good job at that one, but I can't dance for my life so

I think by saying she got clean, she meant drinking... And for all of you talking about doing coke, please NEVER do it. I'm nearly 15 and have had an addiction for the past few months. The high isn't that great, it's the awful comedown that makes you do it over and over. I doubt she was buying drugs if she apparently couldn't afford Cocoa Puffs - that shit is EXPENSIVE.

So glad everyone else hates this video! Kinda sad though that Lana is going to be heavily exploited to more people now because of this fiasco...I mean I like to think of her as my own little treasure. I gotta be honest and say I only listen to 3 songs on the album - Cola, American and Body Electric... Blue Velvet - I can't even listen to the full version without skipping the song entirely lol Yayo is just too dramatic and I can't understand what she's saying. Gods and Monsters is pretty boring with no climax. Bel Air as well...it's kinda depressing. Burning Desire - eh she could do better.

Body Electric has been added to my list officially...currently the song I play more than the others... It's probably pulling a Dark Paradise on me, therefore I won't like it in a week.......

I'm not referring to the album btw, I'm just wondering why an AMAZING song was leaked 2 months before the album, with the same name exact name, came out... Was it intended to be a single for the EP? I was thinking this but then thought why would it be, I mean it doesn't really fit with the rest of the tracks... Had "Paradise" been on the Paradise Album, it'd be weird for most of the songs to be ballads and then a random hot mess of pop....
