So you're talking about a CD, not a record, like a heavy, metal plate, right?

 

yeah, it's a cd, but it's a promo acetate, just like the wiki said, CD-R.

An acetate?! Surely that can't be, no? How in the world is it possible that in 2012 acetates are being sold officially? Is this something that happens and i'm just out of the loop?

 

EDIT: Oh wait, i just realized i missed the operative word promo. Still weird that acetates are going around nowadays though.

just search on ebay, a lot of UK promos are acetates or so-called PVC.

What's that other ride single?

 

one is UK promo CD, the other is UK promo acetate.

I just asked all the sellers who are selling ride remix vinyl on Amazon.de, they all told me what they are selling are 7" picture disc, so there'll no 12" vinyl for Ride.

I just bought the InRockuptibles magazine with Lana Del Rey in the cover. It contains a single which includes the Ride Active Remix ( and it's written taken from The Singles Box )

Well, when you're going through the order process after you've registered, it'll ask you for your address.

 

 

When setting up the address, make sure click the button on the right, it'll bring up the box for other countries. It's in French, of course, but I'm sure you can translate your country name easily and find it on the list.

 

I haven't ordered myself though, so I don't know how it works, but it does add an extra shipping cost for the UK at least.

Thanks, I just ordered it. I think the best way to save shipping cost ( postage to USA is killing me!) is to have somebody to share it with you. Postage to USA of 1 copy is 16 EUR and 18EUR for 2 copies, so I found someone who wanted to buy it too and we bought together.

Yeah, from what I can see, they ship to quite a lot of countries.

I got it as a gift in a local record shop. It is a bonus for buying paradise. But when I got there, all the paradise have been sold out, so the seller gave me a ride promo as a gift so that I wouldn't get nothing.

I don't know where can you get it through internet. I know there are several copies on ebay, but too expensive.
