Heroic Sitars: Crap Fan-Art (UPDATE: My Best Days & MORE!)

I am not a graphic artist.

I am not a moving visual artist.

But sometimes I channel my Lana obsession into this because otherwise I'll end up writing fan-fic or carving her name into my arm--each a fate worse than death.

 

Take into account that my resources are limited to the Photobucket editor. With that, here are some of the ones I like (although for every good one, there are 5 hideous ones).

They're really nice! What I do recommend you tho, is to have a standard size. Like 500x500 or 600x600 which is the usual cover size. ^_^

Yeah, I finally figured out how to do that in Photobucket a few weeks ago: Resize, under Adjustment. Just type in the # of pixels and it does it for you (It won't even mess up the link)

Thanks! Ha, don't really expect people to use these, but some of those sizes are just ridiculous--usually based on the quality of a given picture I decide to use. I'll try to fix it.

Have you upgraded to the "new" Photobucket? It makes editing smoother/quicker, and hasn't freezed up on me yet.

 

Sometimes it takes a day for your changes to show up in your links, so it might be "working" even if you can't tell yet. (Unless it's not "working" because it's not working for you to be bothered. Sitar, you're not using euphemistic language to say you can't be bothered, are you? I'm a problem-solver, dammit, and words like "not working" are like catnip to me. But wait, this isn't about me...)

So for the, uh, defunct Paradise competition that was happening here, the last challenge before it died a fiery death was to design a perfume ad campaign for Lana. This didn't require much skill, but I thought I'd post it, cheesy tagline and all, since I put some effort into it:

Okay so tonight I made the first artwork I've done in literal months, we'll see if I've totally lost it.
