Lana Del Rey Shoots Video For New Single "ride" In La

Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Lana Del Rey was shooting a video for “Ride“, possible lead single of “Born To Die: Paradise Edition” last Monday in and around Las Vegas! Read the entire article below:

 

U.S. singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey has been shooting a music video in and around Las Vegas for her new CD.

Del Rey’s comeback campaign has already started months in advance of the November release of “Paradise.”

 

Video shoots took place at the Valley of Fire on Monday, the Clarion Hotel’s showroom on Sunday and at various downtown hotels. Extras were wearing biker gear and rode motorcycles. It’s the video for her single titled “Ride,” a track for her upcoming album.

Woot! I am so hoping it's She's Not Me. I know we have all heard it, but most people haven't and it will definitely give people (the public) another perspective of Lana's music. However, if it is 'She's Not Me' then I hope they re-recorded it and freshened it up a bit.

She had to do a video in Las Vegas, Lana is very consistent in her taste: she loves Chateau Marmont, cars, is kinda obsessed with death, swimming pool etc... and she included all these items in her previous video. I expect neon light, chubby fake Elvis, strippers/gogo dancers, casinos, all packed in an old Vegas when mafioso were running the city.

She Is Not Me deserves to have a video too. I see no problem in Lana releasing it even though it has leaked. This track would probably be remastered like the demos from Born To Die.

It won't be Shes Not Me because that song in it's original form sounds like NOTHING on BTD, it's a dancey electro song, not the direction this album is geared towards. UNLESS, it's re-worked heavily like Lolita was.
