May Jailer song sampled in a rap song

ok so i was listening to out with a bang from sirens today and my shazam was on and it listed the song as "goin' out with a bang" by dtoolz mello (??) so i googled that and nothing came up but i eventually found the song "Going out with a bang" by red lion mello and it samples like half of "out with a bang" in it and like??? does lana even know about this?? the song is relatively new too since spotify lists the album as 2017
