Earthquakes is a pre-UV song title shared by @BlackoutZone last month. BOZ is generally a very reliable source of info  As far as Elvis goes, iirc he didn’t say it was a UV outtake per se, but it was a song she wanted to make note of or that she “remembered.” As far as he knows she hasn’t re-recorded it

 

Other song titles he shared/confirmed from this era are Lake Placid (a rework/rewrite of I Don’t Wanna Go) and Pink Champagne (which contains lyrics later reused for LMLYLAW)

there are 4 more unleaked versions but they thought to be almost the same, but i dont really consider live or die as outtake from BTD we have now, we know her sound kept changing since 2010 to 2011 so i highly sure there are more 'btd' concepts in 2010,maybe early 2011 with songs like kinda outta luck, driving in cars With Boys, national anthem demo and etc., so i think in this tracklist live or die version 1 would ve have more likely suit better, version 2 sounds like a remix

no it was recorded in late 2012 after paradise sessions done so it was never intended to be featured in it + we know the leaked file contained a tag 'tropico' in metadata
