ExoticFlower Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 omg i had my first dream about her and she was mean to me too!! I was in a meet and greet line for kassidy (idk why i haven't even listened to one song) and she was sitting next to barrie and wouldn't let him sign my cd lol Maybe she didn't want you to steal her man 1 Quote
ExoticFlower Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 Well make one (although my dreams are mostly retarded and I don't sleep enough to enjoy them fully if they're good) Not to be completely off-topic, I almost used the opening line from Cola last week in context (but then I thought let's not ruin the moment, he never heard Lana's music) Yeah, why take the chance? Maybe he's more of a Dr. Pepper fan anyway? And yeah, lets make a Lana Del Dream thread! 1 Quote

Trash Magic Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 I actually forgot Dark Paradise existed Lol 4 Quote "It's 2011, and we should all be aware of exactly how fast technology is developing" - Lana Del Rey
SissyRëyLDRsparkjumprope Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Well.. let's see. When I first saw video games, I loved it! It was beautiful. And then if March I was in this music store and I saw her record. I was like - "hey, that's that girl who sang video games" I thought the cover was pretty and yeah. I bought it. It was an impulse purchase. I only liked 2 songs when I first listened to the record in it's entirety. But it grew on me. Now I like/love every song pretty much. Except for Blue jeans & Million dollar man. 0 Quote FEET DON'T FAIL ME NOW. TAKE ME TO THE FINISH LINE.

YUNGATA Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 I had 57 plays for Live or Die in one week. p.s listening to it right now. 2 Quote
SissyRëyLDRsparkjumprope Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 OH.. and tbh. BTD:PE isn't that great. the songs are nice and all, but the lyrics suck. She had better lyrics in her Lizzy grant days. They were much deeper and not half assed like some of the new ones. Born to die is like her last song that had awesome lyrics. The rest were good, okay or just plain shit. I.G: Body electric. Love the song, but the lyrics are shit. Lana's gotta improve. 0 Quote FEET DON'T FAIL ME NOW. TAKE ME TO THE FINISH LINE.

YUNGATA Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Body electric. Love the song, but the lyrics are shit. omg is that a joke? for real? Heaven is my baby Suicide's her Father Opulence is the end no that is some poignant shit right there. 0 Quote

Heaven is my baby Suicide's her Father Opulence is the end no that is some poignant shit right there. I'm sorry, But I really don't care for the lyrics. She just repeats I sing the body electric. And then that whole '___ Is my daddy ____my mother' and whatever. Oh and the pale moon light part. Oh God. I mean, the tune is nice and I enjoy listening to the song. But the lyrics are just poor. 0 Quote FEET DON'T FAIL ME NOW. TAKE ME TO THE FINISH LINE.

Madrigal Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Don't really know where this goes, but I just had an epiphany; I think that Lana's vocals on the "Big Spender" piece with Smiler (*Sigh*) might be her best yet. 1 Quote
