    but Fred again just loses me.. I feel like it’s just a totally opposite direction? I know some people will enjoy music like Lana’s and also enjoy Fred again but there’ll also be ALOT of people like me who love Lana’s work and couldn’t think of anything worse than listening to a fred again DJ set 

    it’s definitely strange how they’re on the same day, i’m personally here for it bc i love them both but i never pegged leeds fest as somewhere lana would perform either way. not ready for this mess surrounded by 16 years olds but i needed to be there for lana’s first show in little old leeds :teehee:

    and like.. will Lana be on prior to Fred again? Or after.. I need more details.. I’ve already bought the tickets now and I’m kinda regretting it lol.. the artists on the line up just don’t match 

    i’m so confused about the audience this is gonna attract… but anyways idk who’s on when but i do feel like fred would be on after lana

    To do this to anyone is pure evil, but specifically to an already vulnerable person is truly despicable. Anyone apathetic or defensive of Israeli crimes- people in here, they know who they are- 100% play a part in enabling and normalising this. These occurrences consistently pop up, and not just now but for decades.

    In the same daily mail article you are referencing, Hamad literally says he does not want to harm civilians and that they have no option but to use violence as a means to end occupation since nothing else works, and it’s true. 

    I am once again asking you to pick up a book rather than read a tabloid headline and call it a day.

    An unfortunate and vastly overdone response to one of the worst terror attacks the world has ever seen by terrorist group Hamas - the intent of the Israeli bombings are to eliminate Hamas military targets, not to "exterminate Palestinians". Unfortunately, Hamas purposefully safeguards in civilian areas,  making it that so every bombing of a Hamas military target has a massive risk of civilian casualties

     

    That being said I think Israel should have ceased fire a long time ago and that unlimited humanitarian aid into Gaza needs to be an utmost priority which it hasn't been and that is shameful

    1. Hamas is the governing body of Gaza, Israel made them the only viable power in Gaza. When you say they want to 'exterminate' Hamas, that also includes everyone in a governmental position down to social workers.
    2. Can you explain to me what will happen to the rest of the Palestinian people once the mystifying Hamas are 'exterminated'? Will they suddenly stop being kicked out of their homes? Will settlers vanish? Will settlers stop harassing and killing Palestinians? Will settlers stop burning down Palestinian's land... or even actual live Palestinians? Will the checkpoints disappear? Will the blockade end? Will Palestinians be able to rebuild? The answer to every question is no, because zionism started out as an imperial-sponsored settler colonial project and it still is to this day. An extermination of Hamas is inherently the extermination of Palestinian people- so yes, that's exactly what Israel wants and you've fallen right into it. Nothing more expected from someone who is repeating decades-old Israeli human shield propaganda- it takes one google search to uncover the projection behind those claims.
    3. Pick up a book.

    i know this is meant to be a surface level bare minimum political commentary but do you know how actually brain dead you have to be to read this and sign it? listing all these ethnicities they pulled out their ass and then not even including palestinians- people who have actually been taken hostage by the IDF…

    the fact that azerbaijan is on the list makes me wonder if having a head full of air is a requirement to becoming a celebrity

    those were nose fillers which granted arent v cheap if it’s a good job but still nowhere near as expensive as an actual rhinoplasty
