    I’m not so sure it means ITC was considered for the album. I think it just happened that she wrote the song around the same time as the others in that notebook.

     

    also to add to the discourse, I wouldn’t mind the boring production if it weren’t for that nails on chalkboard feature….

    Okay I did some detective work. UK angels - we may need some help here.

     

    Charli is playing at the New Music stage on Saturday, scheduled from 8:45pm-9:45pm.

     

    according to the Radio 1 site:

    “From 24-26 May, the Big Weekend Channel will be live on BBC iPlayer, bringing the festival experience to you! You'll be able to watch the Main Stage and the New Music stage throughout the weekend, so don't worry about FOMO, you can enjoy all the biggest moments from across the event”
     

    That means her set will be streamed via the BBC iPlayer. The problem: this player is not available outside of the UK and will not work with VPN.

     

    we need another way to watch this live or someone in the UK who will record for us non-UK peasants :crying:

     

    Edit: it looks like Primavera Sound will be streamed via Amazon - but I’ll do more research on that when we get closer

    I’m really enjoying the visuals for this era so much. I usually hate most of her music videos so it’s nice for her to finally come through

     

    i really hope she continues with multiple videos and doesn’t get bored with the idea after the album is out. If she matches the crash era video count, we’d be getting at least 4 more music videos.

    speaking of interviews…rolling stone really clocked those billboard interviewers lmfao

    I’ve seen him on TikTok for random videos he would make over the last couple of years but I’m pretty sure this podcast he has is a bit newer? It seemed like there were some amateur moments in terms of mics and the general format. But it was really fun and you can see Charli start to understand his vibe half way through and really get into it.

    Charli was so cute and funny on this podcast it was such a fun watch. if you just wanna hear the brat stuff, she talks about 2 songs on the album as “down tempo” and what they’re about. 1 is I think about it all the time and the other one sounds like I might say something stupid. Didn’t mention So I at all. Starting at 22:00.
