Well, she played some new music and nobody cares?   Well fuck all that talk about health care, feminism, being a true artist etc. I would have been much more interested to get more information about the new tracks besides that they might sound more like Paradise than BTD, because that's all that matters to me.

PJ Harvey who was considered a feminist with her early albums, never thought of herself being one. TEN years later she would finally start answering questions about it saying that she is not informed enough about the different directions in feminism etc and that she struggles to consider herself one just because she doesn't know all about the history of feminism and that she needs to read more about it. 

People should really calm down when it comes to this. It's quite a difficult topic to answer to. (except you are into Beyonce feminism a la "I'm a grown woman, I can do whatever I want") and keep it that simple.

Well, I don't have a problem with this interview. Glad to hear that the new material sounds more like Paradise. Honestly, before Paradise came out I was more drawn to her because of her leaked material which was in some cases better than a good half of BTD. 

Of course she will have to release an album very soon, I predict within the next 6-7 months. Bitch is on a major label. She had one of the biggest selling records last year that is still selling. They don't allow her to stay away for too long. It's not that she can choose.

AND WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK???? SHE HAS PLAYED NEW MUSIC TO THE INTERVIEWER???? DETAILS, PLZ????

This is a great album. It's so cohesive. All killer, no filler. Blood On The Leaves is probably the best track for me after the 1st listen. Bound 2 being a close 2nd.

Uhh she's been on tour since the start of the year so how could've she already finished the album?

 

She said it herself in an interview that she has almost finishd the album.

 

Besides that the Paradise ep was released just 8 months ago so there's no need to release a new album so quickly.

 

Releasing an album a year after the EP wouldn't be suprising at all

 

I don't see the point in releasing Summertime Sadness in the US either but the video(s) for Bel Air/G&M/Body Electric seem more like a personal project than something to promote Paradise so what's the problem? 

 

MONEY! Sounds overly expensive instead of focusing on a good video for a lead single. Doesn't Interscope have to pay for that?

 

It's not like she's a pop artist struggling to get noticed releasing new stuff every month

I really don't see a reason why they are trying to push a song from BTD at this point. She has almost finished her new album and should release that  by the end of this year instead of some shitty remixes or a useless overlong video for BE/G&M/BA

I really hope she moves on finishing her next record instead of pushing songs from BTD or Paradise.

Her tour is almost over. I really wasn't expecting her to do so well on tour, so happy for her!

Instagram could be the perfect platform for her to give us hints about a new style or whatever for the new album.
