    The only song I honestly don't like is Nurse's Office. I was looking forward to that one the most but it didn't really live up to all the hype imo. All the other tracks are so much better and grew on me a lot from my initial listen. She really didn't hold back on this album at all on some of these songs  :rip:

    What do you think it's about?

     

    It's literally about bulimia which I wasn't expecting at all. The lyrics were pretty hard to understand at first because I thought the song sounded terrible but I like it now  :teehee:

    I don't think the album is bad by any means; just wasn't really worth waiting 4 years for. It would've been better if she released this in 2017 like she originally intended. It's kind of a dumb idea to release the album + film at the same time when she could've just put the album out first then start working on the film right after. I wouldn't really mind waiting for it but I guess she wanted to take her sweet ass time with everything  :facepalm:

    Me not realizing 2 snippets from the same song are from the same song says a lot about how repetitive the production is on this album (from what we can tell from the snippets). The first thought that should’ve came to my mind was “oh it’s the same sonically so it must be the same song” but because most of them sound the same anyways I assumed they were different songs. They sound good though, I just hope there will be more variation.

     

    Drama Club had some variation so I bet the other songs will too. It's just too early to tell yet.

    This is the first time I've said this on this thread and I'm a big fan of hers and hearing this new snippet made me think it sounded very similar to the rest which I still like very much so save the attitude :)

     

    It's been said a thousand times by other people I'm not trying to give u an attitude  :toofunny:

    Can we please get back on topic and stop arguing with people who y'all shouldn't even take that seriously at all? Some of y'all drag and bash Melanie's fans but still act like some of them from what I see. None of this crap is worth your time or energy so let's move tf on to more important things, thanks  :)
