Where are Raye's vocals? I don't hear her

 

Most are mixed in the song but you can hear her clearly right at the very end

This is probably from the same session as T&T

 

It is (Raye's leftover vocals in Bad Chicks kinda lead me to believe she recorded a solo demo before this one)

Um does anyone else hear RAYE at the end of Bad Chicks?

 

edit: upon listening to it more i can 98% confirm this song was written by Charli and RAYE

the way I've been manifesting charli x stefflon for months and now this happens

Even in Selena’s version the part that goes “that shit is tears me up uuhhhh-oohhh” that ‘uuuhhhh-ooohhh” is just Charli, Selena didn’t bother doing it herself lmao

 

With the Rihanna demo these are the parts I think are Charli

- The "uhh"s at 0:01-0:06 (These are in the charli demo too so)

- The "That same old love" bgv at 1:25

- Also I think there's one charli vocal stem mixed in with Rihanna's "uuhhhh-oohhh"s

Am i going crazy or are there some tiny lil charli adlibs in the Rihanna demo?

Yeah... the quality control on the visual side of this era is practically non-existent

HONESTLY! This is one of the songs I wanted the most forever. Danny always hits the sweet spot for me and the last minute of that song is absolutely CRAZY
