I'm a bit confused. I bought the Silver VIP package and called the VIP Nation concierge, she advised me to not show up until around 4-4:30 which is when all of the VIP ticket holders can go pick up their packages. When I asked her where the GA and VIP lines were she said that because the venue is a casino that there is really no place to line up. So where are the people who are camping out for 24+ hours waiting then?

I'm going! I'm coming from Northampton MA. What exactly is a skip the line pass? And also is the venue very nice? I couldn't get a real feel for in the pictures I've seen online - I have seats on the upper level so I've been kind of worried that I won't be able to be able to see the stage very well. I'm so excited as well!
