YAAAAAAAS I'm joining!!!!! I'm an English and German literature & language graduate student so this is my gig!! however I'm awfully slow at reading and I definitely need to read much much more than I do so this is seems like an amazing opportunity!! Can't wait! ❤️❤️ We could do some Lana-inspired works, i.e. things she references in her songs. My definite recommendation to everyone is to read T.S. Eliot's Four Quartets in full ("Burnt Norton" interlude from Honeymoon)- Lana only did the opening line in the interlude but the whole thing is amazing and my favorite poem in the world. I also wanted to read something by Sylvia Plath but never got around to do it. And I remember I started reading The Sun Also Rises by Hemingway (referenced in Money Power Glory) but it was boring.And I've had Lolita on my read list for years but also never started lol. I'm sure there's more Lana literature references but can't remember now. Anyways that's just a suggestion - I'll do my best to get into anything we decide to read, however the only thing I don't really like is the horrors and Edgar Allan Poe type of stuff, but I'll try anything

okay just watched the down under 2 premiere and I kinda like the queens. so glad they did the design challenge for the premiere, it's much more interesting. yeah it still looks like it's filmed in someone's basement but i'll keep watching and hoping they don't ruin it like they did last season.

no wait france is also still on jesus christ i totally forgot about that one, it was good but i missed the last 2 episodes. omg does like a new episode of some sort of drag race come out every day, i literally can't catch up

Yeah, most of these lip syncs at the finale had the obviously wrong result, but hey, that's just your typical drag race rigga moris. my favorite this whole season was trinity mostly because i never cared about her before but she really slayed this season and made me stan her lol it really was a great season and surprisingly this new all winners format worked really well. i hope this will inspire some of the other winners such as bianca, bob, violet, aquaria to come back, i wouldn't mind if they did another one of these seasons. but what i've hear so far they're already making a normal all stars 8 season, so maybe all stars 9 or 10 (let's pray mama ru lives that long) edit: anyone watching canada season 3? based on these first three episodes, it's so bad it's not even funny. i only like miss fiercalicious just because she's giving us some quality drama, but the others? i don't know what to say...i don't think i have ever been so underwhelmed and not interested in one single queen in the whole cast down under 2 is starting tomorrow and it looks like even worse a piece of crap than the last season so i guess no good drag race content until uk 4 comes this fall

I started to listen to her in autumn 2016 when I was 17, the first were the BTD classic like Video Games, Blue Jeans, Born To Die that slowly got me exploring her discography more. By the time she dropped LFL, I was a full time stan and she became and still is #1 artist ever in my life. She was there with me through some dark and difficult moments of growing up gay and at the beginning I saw her as this sad, depressed melancholic artist that I could listen to whenever I felt down, because her music (especially Ultraviolence) kinda "understood" me. But she has obviously grown as an artist and it's amazing how it feels like, as I was growing up, I changed along with her and developed a more optimistic view on life and all the bad things happening. BTD and Ultraviolence are still her classics and probably best albums, but I don't really resonate with them as much, nowadays I listen to Norman, Blue Banisters and Chemtrails the most and I love love love where she is right now as a person and an artist. It's definitely been a beautiful journey. And yeah my stan twitter account up until somewhere after NFR dropped has mostly been decided to her and these were such iconic times, but having grown up from a silly teenager to a more serious person, I don't have twitter anymore, but I seriously love the kind of special connection you can have with other Lana stans. It's like we all know each other so well. She might not have the biggest and the loudest fandom, but we're all very passionate about her and she's an important part of our life and whenever I met someone who's crazy about Lana, they got a friend in me, at least that's how my experience has been so far.

I'm a bit late but that court/furry/fairytale improv challenge was horrible not because of the queens, but because the challenge was very random and stupid and cringe and I can't imagine how could anyone make any of it funny...... I blame the writers or whoever had that idea, the queens actually gave their best with the material they were given edit: and regarding crtiques - that was probably the deal for this season - that the winners are only coming back if they make them all look good. i know if i won i wouldn't come back to no all stars if they were gonna shit on me and discredit my crown and make me look as if i didn0t deserve to win in the first place idk cus everything's turning around every week but I'm team Vivienne, Trinity and Jaida I haven't noticed that but the french edition is very good so far, I was surprised by Nicky's hostin she's doing great I liked seasons 10 and 12, as well as all stars 6... outside of the US series, UK Season 2 is one of my top 3 seasons ever. and Spain season 1 was perfection. there's still plenty of good drag race
