    Foundations of Decay is so good I really hope we get MCR5. They're one of the only groups that can really pull off a reunion without it coming off as a cash grab

They are considered one of the most influential rock groups of the 2000s and a major act in the pop-punk and emo genres, despite the band rejecting the latter label."

    In 2019 they began their reunion tour, although they were delayed due to COVID. In 2022, they released "The Foundations of Decay." This single marks the band's reunion since their breakup in 2014.

    I really appreciate how even though people are hating on Courtney in this thread they’re still acknowledging her talent. She’s a terrible person but it’s so aggravating to see people say she killed Kurt or Kurt wrote live through this etc. We can criticize her without diminishing her achievements. I do think it’s funny she would end a 10+ year friendship over one cover though.
