    I just saw one from the GRAMMYs, and this woman is saying that Lana was off her head on drugs incase she lost the awards. Everyone on TikTok has lost the ability to critically think and it’s so disrespectful. People are so rude and stupid

    The fact that she’s a recovered addict too… it’s so fucking hurtful and disrespectful

    so yeah all in all i think taylor was a bit chaotic that night and didn’t mean harm to anyone, but she was prob really excited and impulsive. with lana, i doubt taylor saw lana’s hesitation as a genuine firm “no i don’t want to go up there” but rather just her being shy, and taylor being the extrovert felt the need to take matters into her own hands in an abrasive manner. however lana clearly isn’t traumatized by the incident unlike what a lot of fans were acting like, so it’s not that big of a deal.

    speaking of lack of social etiquette…as much as the album announcement was an exciting surprise, i’m sorry but she completely lacked class doing that. announcing midnights at VMA’s? sure, why not. there’s fans in attendance and it’s an overall more casual setting. announcing your new album at the GRAMMY’S where there’s no fans in attendance and it’s considered a high class event with legends like joni mitchell, stevie wonders, meryl streep, etc? bad move. it made her look childish and dare i say, self-centered. 

     

    Imagine the hangxiety the next day

    honestly pisses me off that these people spread rumours like that knowing how much of a difficult past Lana has had with substances. If she’s too extroverted and confident she’s relapsed on drinking or doing coke, if she’s subdued she’s on something else, etc. like they don’t realise how lowkey hurtful it can be to have people assuming you’re high/drunk when you’re sober after having a problem w drugs. I’m a recovering addict and whenever I’m just having a good time I constantly have to reassure people that I’m not on anything:excited:

     

    like as you said she’s just shy and awkward!! She doesn’t seem to love big events
