So, there are two versions of Candy Necklace?!? well, another classic Lana moment, of two versions sent to different media. I doubt it’s the track that was originally at CN’s place that critics got to hear. By the way, I hope they some kind of « listening booths » with headphones for this album because I don’t see myself enjoying much of the subtleties of the album if it’s playing on speakers for everyone
and there’s apparently another « surprise »?
« Surprise » is shaping up to be the new « soon » for us
Spoilerguys but where do this came from? how do we know about the two different versions? i’m getting crazy 😭😭😭😭

Paris Texas, Grandfather, A&W, Taco Truck and Margaret, with Let The Light In and Fingertips really high on my list too. I also still really love The Grants.
The closest to a skip for me is Sweet not because it’s bad but because I just can’t connect with the Broadway-like sonority and Drew’s orchestration can be hit or miss for me.
Wbu?
Spoileractually i have listened only to a few leaks and i can say that I extremely love paris, texas, i find sweet very beautiful actually and then I listened only to the beginning of some songs: taco truck and peppers impressed me much, the seconds i heard of the interludes were very interesting and i’m curious about how fingertips and kintsuji evolve since i haven’t finished listening to them ( even if i kinda understood that kintsuji doesn’t really evolve and so fingertips) The album seems to be a really good one

I went to Paris (Texas)
With the suitcase in my hand
I had to leave
Knew they wouldn't understand
When you know you know
When you know you know
It's time, it's time to go
When you know you know
Then the more you know
It's time to go
I took a train to Spain
Just a notebook in my hands
And I went to see some friends of mine
??? Alabama
When you know you know
When you know you know
It's time, it's time to go
When you know you know
That it's time to leave
Like the summer breeze
When everyone stars bright
Brighter than you are
It's time to go
And you're the only one that
Dancing while they're on the floor
Time to go
I flew back home
It's like everything they say
Except that you weren't home
???
When you're home you're home (Venice, California)
When you're home you're home (Venice, California)
You're home when you're alone
When you're right you're right
When you're right you're right
Even when you're wrong
thank u so much ❣️

has kintsuji drums? asking because they were credited but it’s weird to me that a song like kintsuji has them
