i received my picture disc today and it arrived with huuuuuuuuuuge seam splits on both sides, looks awful.. emailed them that i wanted a new one or a refund because this is not acceptable at all

The way things are being handled in transit makes me nervous like ... why are yall tossing boxes of breakable items

Actually I never had so many variants of her without any seam split. There's just a small one in the inner sleeve of the dark pink one, all others are perfect. I only miss the picture disc, but I don't care much for a seam split there, as I usually store them otherwise anyway.

So I contacted FNAC about my scratched poster and I understood almost everything except this 

 

“vous gardez le poster contre un geste commercial de 5€”

 

Does that mean they can refund me 5€ and I get to keep the poster? Or they give me a 5€ discount for future orders?

I believe it’s the second, you can keep it and they’ll give you a 5€ voucher for future orders on the website

It might be helpful though if you share their whole message, just to be sure you don't agree on anything you misunderstood.

-je vous édite un bon de retour, vous nous retournez l'intégralité de la commande contre un remboursement. Ce vinyle est actuellement indisponible.

I say order it and cancel if you need to later. Amazon doesn't charge you until they are ready to ship.

yeah I believe that too, it would be too good to be true if they refunded me for a poster lol, thanks to both of you ❤️

 

might as well use that discount to get the cd with the poster so at least I have one that’s intact
